I stop here often on my way into work to pick up a mobile order. Always delicious. Always correct. Today there was barely any... cream cheese on the bagels but I know it's because I saw a new worker being trained. So still 5 stars! But add a lil more creamcheese to them, new worker! Ridiculous hold time, kids not brushing their hair for work, a guy slouching over the bagel stand like hes so cool while taking... orders (arm hanging over the computer) no organization with these employees... what happens to good work ethic? Do these kidsthink it's okay to go to work looking like they just woke up? I truly miss the old Store Manager here... everything ransmoothly and the employees were nice, happy, and it was more organized. Usually don?t have a problem with this location but today I found multiple hairs in my bagel after getting home and pulling it... out of the bag. One was most definitely human, the other I?m not sure. Either way, are hair nets no longer arequirement? Additionally, my girlfriend said the cream cheese on her bagel tasted expired. There was a sign on the door when Iarrived that said the power was out and they were closed. It must have been from yesterday or the day before but I can?t helpbut be concerned they were serving food that had gone bad in the fridge after hearing my girlfriend?s disgust after trying thebagel. Not sure what happened as I?ve been here a dozen times usually without issue. I just bought this Bakers Dozen of bagels with 2 schmears at the 59th Avenue location and the staff person was going to charge... me $17.99. The menu on the wall clearly shows $16.99 for this order. I had to ask for a manager to get him to change the priceon my bill. Imagine how many people don't pay attention and get charged $1 more than they thought they were paying. I'm sorrybut a business should not raise their prices on their cash register unless their signage and menu show the higher price. Read more

I want to make one thing clear: I don?t like attitude, or disrespect. My girlfriend and I experienced both when we went to this... location. When my girlfriend was ordering, a blond cashier gave her the nastiest look I have ever seen. My girlfriend ordered acoffee, and the girl inputted everything on the screen, but when my girlfriend asked for the coffee lightly sweetened, shecontinued giving her that same death stare without putting it on the screen. My girlfriend had to ask her to put it there threetimes. The coffee here is okay. The food is great. But the attitude is poor. If we are treated the same way again, we will walkout in the middle of the order. Read more

So, just want to be clear. I love this location, the people are usually very kind and friendly. It?s close to my house and I go... there often. The manager has always been super kind as well. The one thing that?s been really upsetting is the customer servicefrom corporate apparently. I reached out twice, through a survey and through the ?contact us? option on the main website. Wewent for Father?s Day and got a lot of bagels for the family and we?re excited to have a great breakfast. Unfortunately it wasall literally inedible and I couldn?t go back because it was close to closing. I requested being contacted back twice sinceFather?s Day. It?s been a long time now and not a single word, call or email. Just really sad, we spent a decent amount that dayon bagels that we literally just had to throw out and nobody helped out. Pretty good. Nice selection, ok prices, no soda refills, expensive juice and coffee. The coffee is pretty awful.
