Terrible service at this location. They gave our food to the wrong people, then the people brought the food back, we saw the... worker take out the food and just repackaged it EVEN AFTER he asked the customer if they had opened anything and she had said?yes we opened everything and it wasn?t our order?. He then brought us the same food and told us they remade it (within a minuteof getting the food back). Food was opened by random people, never was remade and given to us cold. We couldn?t even sit andenjoy it because of the disgusting service. We walked out and threw it away. Waste of money. Read more
No more tuna, at my location, anyway. I hot my second favorite, turkey on an Asiago bagel, and it was delicious!
The food is always good. It would be great if the staff moved with a sense of urgency. They are SO slow, even when there are... lots of people waiting for their food. The biggest room for improvement would be the cleanliness (or lack of) of the restaurant. Behind the counter where the food is being prepped really needs a DEEP clean from the ceiling, down. There is stuff hangingfrom the ceiling. It is super gross. Read more
Walked in just before 9am, several employees behind the counter, several made eye contact but did not address us, tell us... they'll be with us in a minute, or any of the other basic customer service skills you would expect. After multiple attempts andemployees pretending we were invisible, we left. Happy to give our business to the many other options Read more
I am not the biggest bagel fan but I still appreciate anything freshly baked. The Tasty Turkey sandwich I bought was delicious... but the Bagelrito tasted like a soggy sock with cheese and Grey sausage. I was not a fan of that particular sandwich but forbagel lovers in the valley I'm sure this is a goto spot. Read more
Busy, can be pricey, nice selection of bagel related food and coffee. No nice teas. You wait in line for them to take your... order, then you wait in line to pay for your order, then you wait in line to get your order. It doesn't matter which coffee Ichoose, it always seems to be burnt. Lol. They just don't have "coffee" flavored coffee very often. Read more
