This chain restaurant was awesome over 20 years. I went a few weeks ago and I wasn't impressed recently. I haven't been in... about 3 years. The menu and the food sucks. Overpriced and quality of food is lacking. Won't be coming back. Shame! Read more
Terrible service at this location. They gave our food to the wrong people, then the people brought the food back, we saw the... worker take out the food and just repackaged it EVEN AFTER he asked the customer if they had opened anything and she had said?yes we opened everything and it wasn?t our order?. He then brought us the same food and told us they remade it (within a minuteof getting the food back). Food was opened by random people, never was remade and given to us cold. We couldn?t even sit andenjoy it because of the disgusting service. We walked out and threw it away. Waste of money. Read more
No more tuna, at my location, anyway. I hot my second favorite, turkey on an Asiago bagel, and it was delicious!
The food is always good. It would be great if the staff moved with a sense of urgency. They are SO slow, even when there are... lots of people waiting for their food. The biggest room for improvement would be the cleanliness (or lack of) of the restaurant. Behind the counter where the food is being prepped really needs a DEEP clean from the ceiling, down.
