I like their coffee and food. It?s a much better value than the other coffee chains. I deducted a star because the way the... drinks are prepared is inconsistent. I always order a large ice coffee with regular cream and sugar, and the amount of cream andsugar added varies wildly. Read more
Usually like it here but they closed the lobby today because they ?can?t handle the walk in traffic and drive thru at the same... time?. People were pulling up and driving away. Wish I had but I got stuck in the drive thu. Took forever. Read more
I don?t normally write reviews but I was very disappointed. It may be best for this location to stick to what they know, donuts.... I was served burnt and cold food and my cappuccino also tasted burnt. Staff, we are paying for these orders. I will not return. Read more
This has to be by far the worst Dunkin? I have ever been to in my life. I tried to add a sandwich at the window that I really... wanted to my order. The lady looked at me like I was crazy, got her manager to cash me out and then added my sandwich to a neworder. It gets better? all the hash-browns that I got were burnt and the cheese on the maple bacon sandwich was cold not evenmelted a little bit. I could take the cheese of the sandwich and it would stand up on its own. Over all the food wasn?t good atall and the staff was extremely rude. %100 would not recommend. Read more
Went to this location a few times thinking it would be better. However today was the frosting on the cake when the lobby was... locked during business hours and no sign. Went to the drive thru and asked why and was given no explanation. They are always outof everything or they burn your bacon. The staff is not friendly. The worst dunkin experience ever. Read more
The coffee and food there is good, but customer service is horrible. The long drive thru line is not because so many people go,... it's because everything takes so long! They do not always seem to understand what you're ordering and something is usuallybroken or some other excuse. They take the order at drive thru, get that order ready and get it to the person, then they takethe next order. They're nice about things, but the service has gone downhill and doesn't seem to be any better. Has there beenany training at all? The Dunkin I live near, they're rude, but the drive thru moves quick and the orders are correct and theydon't seem to have the issues this place seems to always have. Going inside isn't any better. One time I waited over 10 minutesfor a coffee. The orders for the people inside were put with drive thru orders and they didn't seem to know what they were doingor where things were supposed to go. Last week I went in for a dozen assorted donuts and coffee. The donuts tasted old and were not fresh, I started drinking the... coffee and could only drink about 1/3rd and started to feel gross, on top the cream had started to curdle which at that point Ijust tossed the coffee. Today I got a tea and it tastes like they left the tea out on the counter all night it has that verydistinct old tea flavor. Again, NOT fresh. This may be close to my work and convenient but I'll be going to the Starbucks in thesame plaza from now on. On a positive note the DD is fast, seems clean whenever I go in, and the people are nice. That is theonly reason that I am giving them a higher star rating then I think they deserve. I am throwing my money away when I buy fromthis place, straight down the drain and into the garbage. This has to be by far the worst Dunkin? I have ever been to in my life. I had a bad experience one other time here but thought... I would give them another shot. I just got a coffee and it is lukewarm at best and I cannot even taste coffee let alonepumpkin. Just like last time I do not have time to go back and get another cup but will definitely not be drinking this cup orever returning again. I rarely write reviews, inly if it is a truly AMAZING experience or in this case TERRIBLE. No wonder thereis never a line at this location. Read more
