Super impressed with the customer service of the kids working this location. The young man with long hair should be a manager... here. He was excellent. Very helpful, even made me laugh. Great location! The staff is always friendly and they make my coffee perfect every time.
Very friendly staff but coffee quality has gone down at the location. It just doesn't taste as good as other locations.
Absolutely terrible I ordered food and my delivery person stood there for 30 minutes communicating with me the entire time and... the staff was not making my order and prioritizing everybody that was in the store even though I am also a paying customer. Read more
Stopped in this morning and ordered my normal. There was a long line of people waiting for their food so I was expecting my food... to be hot as it appeared they were making everyone?s items fresh. My hash-browns and bacon were cold. My bagel bites were alsocold. It took even longer for my drink to come. Cashiers were friendly but the person putting food on the counter was rude. Read more
Ordered donuts to go. They packed two muffins and two donuts in one bag. Needless to say the donuts were all but flattened and... the icing was everywhere except on the top of the donut it was supposed to be on. Read more
How can you go wrong with Dunkin? This was a large DD but thr dime in and the outside patio are still closed. The staff was... friendly and working hard but they must be understaffed, it was over 20 minutes to get a drink and bagel and they were out ofall butt 4 kinds of donuts.
