Daejah was so helpful today. I was about to run late to a meeting and needed some pizzas made asap. She was extremely... accommodating and was able to get my order completed very quickly. after 3 calls and sitting on hold for 40min i still don't have a answer as to why my order has taken over 2 hours, order was... placed at 11:26am with a 24-33min wait time. at this point i don't know what to do with the food as my family has left becausethey ran out of time. I've never felt the need to leave a review as every other company takes care of there customers. thislocation clearly doesn't care... which as a food worker of 8 years id expect better. Read more

Would be cool if they had more than 1 person working. The person working was amazing at helping me out but its sad to see a... company leave her without help and expect her to do everything by herself. I give Daejah 5 stars. Still currently on the phone on hold, ordered pizza 2 hours ago. Worked in food and bev for almost 10 years and I never thought... I'd be the type to write a negative review on freaking Google. Just hope somebody reads this and it keeps them from making thesame mistake I did. I live 500 feet from the building and am still waiting. Go anywhere else, this particular store is ajoke. I'm convinced that every positive review is a friend that's been told to say something nice. Read more

I have never had a problem with Dominos until this evening. I don?t know if it?s the location or the staff, but I ordered... delivery at 7:02pm and it is now 9:00pm and I still have not received my order. I?ve called their number a total of 6 timeswhere I was either hung up on or on hold for 15+ minutes. I?ve tried to track my order with the app and it?s been stuck on?quality check? for 40 minutes. I have had countless issues with this specific location. The wait time is horrendous. Hour later and our order is still being... ?inspected? ???????? My son once waited until 11pm for his order to be delivered, he had to go to the store to inquire and waitagain for the pizza. Lame. Management needs to be more proactive. Read more

Sunday July 10 at 8:15PM, I came in dominos store on 51st ave and northern, to order Chocolate Lava crunch cake. A male cashier... asked me are you picking up order ? I said No, can I order a chocolate cake please? He looked at his manger and then ask, are wetaking new order? She said no. Then He said Sorry, our system is down . We can?t take any order . I was confused because therewere customers picking their food and I politely asked ? can I order and pay online? And then a female manager came up to me andsaid we?re short staff right now and we can?t take new order. There were 4 pizza makers working and It?s not like I came in at11Pm trying to order 10 pizza?s on a Sunday night. I even said I know you guys are busy and I can wait for my order. Don?tworry. I only wanted to order a desert chocolate cake for my nephew. The female manger refused to serve me and take my order .And she said you can go to a different store and order it. On top of this bad customer experience from the workers at the store,the male cashier told me?we?re hiring right now if you need a job?. I was stunned and confused what just happened. I left thestore feeling humiliated and the workers started laughing. I didn?t do anything wrong and this is how dominos store treated me.I will never spend money with Dominos. They've messed up my order often. It doesn't matter that the order stays the same.. normally they fix it and I'm on my merry... way, but they're new hours have them closing at 8pm. I found this out when I picked up my order, at 8pm. Not only was I handedthe wrong pizzas then asked to pay.. I paid online and the name on the pizza didn't belong to me. I gave it back and waseventually handed two boxes addressed to me. I get home and it's not even what I ordered. SOL because remember, they're closednow & there is nothing on there website only has a bot that doesn't understand English and of course no one's answering thephone after hours. Read more
