Pizza came out of the oven at 9:53pm and was delivered at 10:47. Pizza was cold, yet still tasty at least. Tried to call at... 10:30 to see where pizza was cause the tracker wasn't updating and was on hold for 11 minutes. Overall wait time was an hour and41 minutes for delivery. Not impressed, especially having to pay a $5 delivery charge for cold late pizza. Read more
I ordered a med pizza with chicken and jalapeños no cheese as my son's allergic. I received cheese ???? on pizza I called... Domino's back they said return pizza and they'll send a driver and will give you new one. After 1 hour and 20 min's I calledthem back, after a few min's they hung up the phone, I called again I waited on the phone for 10 min's Noone picked up, I calledfor the 3rd time waited a few more min's Noone answered phone. On Wednesday evening I placed an order for my grandson Adrien to receive pizzas, bread twists & a drink for his lunch today... (Friday), thinking it would be a great idea to pre-order his lunch for him & his friend. Bad bad idea... He let me know at12:35 his lunch still wasn't there. You'd think knowing an order is already in the system for 12:30 delivery it would be atleast ready at that time! So disappointing to call & they said it was still 10 minutes away! The school is roughly 3 miles away.Ugh! I'm so upset he received it right before going back to class! No time to actually eat it! Terrible service for a pre-orderdelivery! Won't be going back there, Won't be ordering pizza from there, and Won't be recommending this place to anyone. I ordered a pizza... and when I got it was not what I ordered. I called and let them know what had happened and it was made poorly. ( Just BAD ????). I called to let them know, so they said when ever I'm ready just call up there and I wouldn't have to pay for it. I thoughtthat was good at least their willing to make it right. But that wasn't the case here. They never stood by the "Domino's" word. Inever got the pizza they owed me. And to make Bad , worse they weren't friendly, courteous or helpful. Ordered pizza for my family along with some other sides they offer. But when I got the food it was well over an hour and on the... app it showed ready. When food finally got to me food was cold and pizza was hard. Been calling for manager and no one answersphone. Very disappointed in they way they just ignore customers. Did not eat any of the food and still waiting for a call back. Read more
Food was hot and ready, but not prepared to order. They gave me extra sauce, thanks. But I wondered why? My pizza was to be cut... in squares, it was not. It also was to to be well done, it was not. I also did not order peppers which you can clearly see thereare peppers. Also the biggest offense was the time it took, over 1.5 hrs.. I applaud the hot and ready, however I did not getwhat I ordered nor did I get it in a timely manner. Save the extra sauces towards food cost, just do right and I?d be happy.It?s not that difficult!! The pizza was great but the dessert was something else. I?m not 100% sure if the marbled cookie brownie is suppose to be under... cooked or something plus it?s covered in oil or butter?? Overall the brownies I wouldn?t recommend. Read more
So i ordered nearly 60 dollars worth of food last night at 8:58. Our order didn't arrive until after 11. Everything was cold.... You know what wasn't cold? The root beer. I've been trying to get through on their phones since last night. If I could go downthere instead, I would. This isn't the first time getting through has been like pulling teeth.
