I ordered for pickup when we left Glendale in the hopes the food would be ready when we got there with the understanding it may... not be blazing hot. We got there 5 mins before our pickup time but didn't get the food until 10 mins after the scheduled pickup.The food was as delicious as ever but probably would just use the drive through next time. I LOVE CULVERS. The food is always delicious and hot. The staff is friendly and wait time is not long !!! The shakes and... custard is always a treat especially during the AZ heat!! Id recommend a butter burger for anyone that likes a classic Americanburger! If you wonder about the fish its fantastic also!! The cheese curds are a delicious pop-able treat and the kids love themand also my dogs :D culver's keeps the WHOLE family satisfied... When I do bring my pup in the drive-thru she gets to indulge ina Culvers pup cup as well while also bringing a smile to the cashier's face!! The inside as well has nice dining and staff isalways nice!! Bathrooms are kept fairly clean and neat. No complaints !!! Keep up all the hard work team!! Let's goo!! Read more
The food here is always good but they have not EVER gotten one of our orders correct! It?s frustrating to pay $30 for a drive... thru meal and get home to find they did not give us what we ordered!!! Tonight we did not get cole slaw and there was no cheeseon my sandwich! I always make them repeat the order back to me but there is ALWAYS something missing and I?m tired of givingthem money for no product! Really, Culver?s, just give me what I?m paying for PLEASE!!!!! This location is always very clean and organized.Love the big screen TVs hanging in the dining room.The majority of the... employees are teenagers that are very friendly and polite. Love that they rotate the flavors and have the flavor of the day fortheir iconic custard posted front and center. My family come here when we are craving the Wisconsin cheese curds. My go to isthe single patty sourdough melt. The quirky sayings on the food packaging is gr8 marketing. I'm not a fan of maggot burgers with flies on the side. My wife just got out of the hospital from a bowel perforation, she has a... limited diet and plain chicken is one of the few things she can have. We've had the same meal the past three dinners from thislocation, but today we got a heavily seasoned chicken breast with a grilled fly (no that is not a misspelling) next to hersandwich. I decided to check my sandwich and the cheese was definitely molded. Needless to say we will not be eating at thislocation again. Who knows what illnesses people might get from food they don't thoroughly check. What's worse that when wecontacted them (we didn't want the whole meal comped, just the cost of the chicken sandwich) they proceeded to tell us about atime they had flies crawling out of their salad and demanding proof (in the form of bringing the sandwich back, probably so theycould serve it to someone else). This is ridiculous and poor customer service. Even corporate didn't seem to care, saying thateach location is individually owned as if that was some kind of explanation. So, if our voice will not be heard by therestaurant itself, I'll make sure it is heard everywhere, we've already filed a complaint with the Environmental Services. Read more
