New owners are so much better than the old ones. Store is cleaner. Ice-cream even seems fresher. I'll be back for sure.
New owners took over a week ago and the store is already so much better. They never seem to be out of stuff that they were... before. It?s like a night a day change. Met the new owners they are a really nice young couple that really seem to care. Will beback again and again to support these guys. Read more
FOLLOW-UP: The store has a new owner and they did refund my money and apologized to me. I am changing this review from 1 star... to 3 and give new ownership a chance. Original Review; Just placed an order for over $60.00 for delivery on their web site. Weordered 2 ours size ice cream mixtures, 13 dog biscuits, 2 waffle bowls, and 2 peanut butter cup candy. When the order wasdelivered, there was 1 dog biscuit (for $9.99), no waffle bowls, and extremely few, if any, mix-ins for my wife's ice cream. Iordered the peanut butter perfection with extra peanut butter and fudge, no candy, and there also was not a lot in there. Wecalled the store twice. There is nothing they can do to rectify the situation. It is now up to us to contact the store manager,Door Dash (which I guess does the delivery, though they don't tell you that), and they will NOT correct the situation. It is sonice that we have to do all the work!!!! They screw up and we have to do the additional work! They did tell us we can go to thestore to pick it up, but then again, if I wanted to do that, why would I have paid for delivery? Beware with this location, ifsomething is wrong, it will be up to you to correct, they do not have a qualified person on staff to take care of it. Good luckif you want to go there!!! FOLLOW UP: I asked to be contacted today, especially as they charged me for items I never receivedand their employee refused to do anything about it. I have NOT heard anything from anyone. Just goes to show you the level ofcustomer service to expect from Cold Stone, both the store and corporate. I wonder how long it will take. Sat and waited on my doordash order for over 30 mins finally the customer calls me and wants to cancel the order because this... was actually a reorder from an order they messed up I gladly assisted with that and brought it to the managers attention I toldher that over a dozen guest came in after me and were served already yet they had no idea about my order then all the sudden oneof her coworkers starts to give an attitude and said well it?s probably in the back which it was so the whole time I sat aroundit was done they just didn?t communicate even though door dash and the customer called about it. I?ve had no previous problems at this location so this review is specifically for this one incident. I?ve waited almost a year... for the ?at the end of the rainbow? flavor to come back and I was very disappointed. While the ice cream did have the LuckyCharms marshmallows and I believe marshmallow cream, it had absolutely no flavor other than that. I?m quite positive that theregular cereal was not mixed in that particular batch. I ended up having to throw it away because it?s lack of taste. Read more
