What am I paying $12 for here? Light on absolutely everything. It?s disgusting you charge us this much for this little. Every... time we place mobile orders at this location, we get shorted on food. They get paid what? $16 an hour or so and you can?t evenhold yourselves accountable for filling a bowl. Read more

not only are the employees very rude and combative, but every time I have gone here they have ruined my order in one way or... another. they either ?forget? to include what you have paid for, or they plainly did not care to pay attention to what you haveordered. there have been plenty of times i have placed a mobile order and have had to drive back and return it just to deal witha very rude employee that makes you uncomfortable. i take into mind that many places are understaffed, but i have come to thisestablishment when it was nearly empty and the employees were just standing around and talking. my mobile order was not readyand almost everything i asked for was ?out?. do not bother coming to this location unless you are expecting to deal withterrible customer service and a sloppy/inaccurate order. A little disappointed. Walked in went right up to the counter and the two young ladies were doing little things here and... there. The one by the register did not make eye contact with us at all. The other one over by the tortillas looked at us, thenwent over to the food storage tray pulled out the chicken turned around and started to load it up with more chicken then turnedaround when she was done set it down and then acknowledged us. Sure it wasn't very long but walking up to the counter and thenbeing ignored for a little over 2 minutes is kind of weird. I guess it was more important to top off the chicken tray then tosay hello or even go way out of your way by making the food for the customer. We were the only ones there so it's not like theywere super busy. The last thing is I think the fresh lemonade was old. You kind of had a Tang to it so I tried the strawberrystuff next to it. Within 20 minutes my tongue was slightly swollen. I'm wondering if this was yesterday's stuff or even olderthan that and they just keep adding to it. Sounds not right though it doesn't taste like all the other Chipotle's. Basically,I'm going to avoid this Chipotle for quite a while until I see new people. Read more

It took a very long time to be acknowledged by anyone when we walked in. The girl had her back to us while she was messing... around with some food. The cashier saw us and said nothing, she walked away. After many attempts to get her to notice us, shefinally finished messing around with food and turned her attention to us. Customer service is not important anymore and it seemsemployees don't care. The tables were not clean and the lemonade tasted old like it was spoiled. Read more

I'd try a different location. I don't know if I came during a shift change or what was happening but my mobile order was ready... 10 minutes later then the pickup time. The only people that looked to be working were the two people in the front of house, while the back of house just seemed to be chit chatting with each other while the people up front were running out of food andthe orders were visibly piling up on their order list. The portion sizes were pretty small as well Read more

I don't like Chipotle, never have, but my husband loves it. It's a real treat to him (I guess when you've lived in Ohio all your... life, you don't really know what flavor is). It's been a rough week, and so I agreed to eat Chipotle. I ordered online for the 3of us, and set pickup time for 9:00pm. This experience goes way beyond "I don't like Chipotle" into the realm of "Is Chipotletrying to go bankrupt?". We decided to give them extra time since it was a Friday and they're usually busy. We showed up at9:20, and they had not even begun to prepare our order. They said it was because they ran out of white rice right before ourorder, so they had to cook more. Would we like to wait, or substitute brown rice? Neither my daughter nor I like brown rice, sowe decided to wait. After a few minutes, they said it would be about 20 more minutes - they had not even begun cooking the rice. So, let me get this straight - you've had since 8:45 to cook the rice and it's now 9:25 and still nothing? That's correct. At9:40 they started preparing the order (and I'm thinking wow, that's quick for rice- but it's a restaurant chain, so maybe it'spartially cooked to begin with, maybe they have some industrial restaurant rice cooker technology I don't know about...) At 9:47we walk out the door carrying all 3 burritos ordered. No apologies, not even an offer to comp a side of chips or anything, andreally no one really seemed to be ask that motivated to stay employed. 2 customers arrived while we were waiting whose onlineorders were also not begun. By now, they were telling them they were out of almost everything, when the truth is they justdidn't keep on to of it, hoping to go home early. When we arrived home, we soon discovered the reason they were able to prepareour burritos only 15 minutes after starting to cook the rice - we had two burritos literally stuffed with uncooked rice and notmuch else. It was so hard we couldn't eat it and thought I cracked a tooth biting in. Tried to c Read more

I love chipotle. Unfortunately this location skimps on the orders. Sometimes the service isn't so friendly, and it kind of... grosses me out every time I've come here the front doors got smudges all over it so they're not really doing any routinecleaning. I know the portions might look big in my photo, but I paid for extra toppings. Read more

I haven?t been to Chipotle in a few months, but I don?t remember the prices being this high. Being lazy and not wanting to wait... in a line I decided to order on the app and I decided to set the pickup time for about 10 minutes after I knew I?d get therewhich was 20 minutes from when I ordered. Well I got there 13 minutes before I asked for it to be ready and saw a large orderalready waiting with 2 drinks like I ordered. Thinking it was someone else?s I waited about 5 minutes and nobody came andpicked it up so I went inside and sure enough it was my order. Now I get trying to be on top of orders and getting them outquick but I think the whole world knows that the bowls aren?t exactly the sturdiest bowls when they have more than just rice andmeat in them. Overall the food was okay, it didn?t taste bad buy it was slightly cold so we had to warm it up when I got home. My bowl was wet on the bottom from where it was going to end up having a hole, so I just put it on a plate. Not a huge deal butI think it could be prevented by following the customers request for when they want their food ready by. If you?re not going tofollow the time that the customers request that?s fine, but at least make it known at checkout/confirmation that your order willbe started as soon as you place your order, even if you select 20 minutes from when you place the order.
