Got food poisoning, this is my 3rd day being sick, threw up twice in one day.

They didn't have the peppers and onions ready, so I went to get a bowl and they were going to let it sit there until the peppers... were ready. Which means then that my bowl would be cold. ???????? Makes no sense at all. Read more

I tried the new gaujillo steak bowl today and I think it's basically Carne asada with garlic and peppers but it's worth the... money if you want good quality steak. This was by far the worst chipotle I?ve ever visited. Not only were they skimpy with every ingredient even after I asked for... extra I still was willing to purchase the bowl because I love chipotle. I asked for chips with my bowl but they were stale so Icomplained immediately and was offered another bag. I tasted that bag right there and it was stale too. I stood there tastingbag after bag of chips just to find out there were no good chips. All those bags were tossed in the trash. I was given a refundbut I should?ve waited to taste my actual food before walking away. Because after tasting my food I realized that the foodwasn?t that fresh either and also had a stale taste to it. I had no energy to walk back to the stand and just took the L. $32thrown in the trash. So far my least favorite Chipotle. They are a bit cheap when it comes to filling the plates. My chips were cold. Kinda dirty... location. Too many people around. This location is in the mall however. It just doesn't have the same feel as the stand alonelocations. Read more

The customer service was horrible today. I work in the mall. I order my food on my lunch break, Returned to my desk to eat,... and realized they forgot to give me my chips. I returned with my receipt and told them. The girl working says nothing, looks atmy receipt and tossed the chips on the counter. You would think she would at least say "sorry". I just can't with people whowork with the public and are so rude especially when it was their fault. Read more

The worst chipotle I've ever been too. The food is less than quality. Especially when you door dash I had a veggie bowl and... there were literally no beans in it! They half wrap burritos and give you old guacamole. One time I went in to visit and theserver literally scooped dried out brown guacamole onto my burrito in front of my face! I would recommend avoiding this placeall together. The food is not quality or properly handled. Read more
