This was a delivery and the one thing I don't like about Chick-fil-A is they are slow. They always send me a text stating it is... ready for pick up but that is not true.. What they're really saying is they have the order and they're gonna start Putting ittogether. The employees are always really nice so no problem with them it's just that the text should say they confirm receiptof the order and we'll begin putting it together instead other instead of it is ready for pick up. Their Mac and cheese has been good in the past, but after tonight I?m not sure I would get it again. What I received looks like... it had been sitting out for a long time. The cheese on my noodles was no longer a sauce, but just dried cheese clumped together.The only reason I gave 4 stars was because I was able to get a voucher for a meal in the future, however I would?ve muchpreferred a refund. No calls or response fries were soggy salad half the size it use to be as well as extra chicken filet I ordered. Never at this... location again horrible customer service and the girl who took order seemed like it was just a job. This is a great location. Service is always outstanding. Not a lot of dine in parking spots. Drive thru goes extremely fast. ... Great easy menu and pricing. Well lit kid friendly. Management is top of its game always. Clean place. Highly recommended.. Read more
Where should I start. First time at this location. Seemed ok. The guy outside taking orders seemed friendly & knowledgeable.... Seemed to get the order right, but I was wrong. Got to the window & drinks were handed out first. 3 drinks were ordered & itseemed like too much effort on the employee when he was asked which drink was the Arnold Palmer. "See, the buttons on the lidpushed in are"... la-la-la-la-la. Like we're supposed to know the drink code that has nothing to do with what's ordered really.Buttons were pushed on all. Diet is pushed and nothing is that description. Then 2 iced teas have ice when they were clearlyordered without ice. The manager cut a look like ...well you know that look. I also heard his mumbling. Not good. I don't haveto explain why I ordered no ice. Rushing at the window! Food was shoved into a bag too small and it was ripping, but move alongplease. Then the food was not fresh and had been around a bit. Spicy strips had no spice and they were hard. Like I said, laying around for a bit. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful! I ordered ahead on the app and picked up inside at the counter. Their app is... working pretty well, compared to so many other fast food apps that should just be deleted. My regular grilled chicken sandwichand waffle fries were delicious as usual. I just wish it wasn't so expensive! ???? I would have loved to eat outdoors in theshade but the parking lot is so organized, there isn't room for trees. Read more
I stopped by the drive thru for lunch. They were busy, but the line moved fast. All employees served me with a smile. Food was... hot and delicious. My order was correct and they even remembered the sauces I asked for. Read more
