This was a delivery and the one thing I don't like about Chick-fil-A is they are slow. They always send me a text stating it is... ready for pick up but that is not true.. What they're really saying is they have the order and they're gonna start Putting ittogether. The employees are always really nice so no problem with them it's just that the text should say they confirm receiptof the order and we'll begin putting it together instead other instead of it is ready for pick up. Their Mac and cheese has been good in the past, but after tonight I?m not sure I would get it again. What I received looks like... it had been sitting out for a long time. The cheese on my noodles was no longer a sauce, but just dried cheese clumped together.The only reason I gave 4 stars was because I was able to get a voucher for a meal in the future, however I would?ve muchpreferred a refund. No calls or response fries were soggy salad half the size it use to be as well as extra chicken filet I ordered. Never at this... location again horrible customer service and the girl who took order seemed like it was just a job.
