This place inside the Walmart is horrible. It tasted like they dumped the salt shaker in the sandwich. I asked for a chicken... cheese steak with only cheese for my son got home it had lettuce onions peppers mayo and pickles on it. I might have looked pastthe extras if they didn't dump the salt onto the sandwiches. For $40 for 3 sandwiches it should have been better. Read more
Very delicious, the manager named Bri was amazing and very helpful, the food was very fresh and delicious, the chicken sandwich... was made exactly as ordered, they cleaned the grill for my allergies, I will be coming back. Highly recommend! Read more
This place is horrible! I loved this place before. The food was amazing. I literally went to Charlie?s every day before. But... now I can?t anymore. The past 3 experiences in a row have been so bad. The food is extremely disgusting. I asked for a refundafter trying to eat it, but couldn?t finish. I was absolutely disgusted. The manager didn?t want to give me a refund either.Terrible experience. Never seen lettuce or tomato on a cheesesteak And did not have the contents to make the sandwich I tried to order the jalapeño... one. Was excited for this place but was a let down. Tried a regular cheesesteak and tasted dry and disappointing. Have hadCharley?s at other locations and never had these problems. Read more
The lemonade is good, friendly staff The cheesesteaks are different, I have never had lettuce and tomatoe on a cheesesteak... before but, it was really good. Fries are crispy and the ketchup is good. The prices are a little high so it won't be aneveryday stop and eat place but on occasion I will. Read more

Have you ever had a "bad" day? We all have had bad days...and that's what these guys / gals are going through. I've learned that... nothing runs perfectly right the first time around and while I'm not defending them I'm willing to give them the benefit of thedoubt. They have a few " kinks" to work out. If you're not satisfied with the service/food you should speak with the manager.How else are they are going to know they're falling short of good service? Apparently they must be doing something right becausethe place was full of people and the line was out the door! Read more
I ordered the small philly cheese steak. I was waiting for my sandwhich and was paying attention to the workers. It was... DISGUSTING they waited on customers WITH the same gloves they touched the cash register then didnt change the gloves and touchedthe produce. I got my money back and walked out. Read more
