Food was surprisingly good. They even offer a tasty vegan friendly Beynd meat burger and it was very good. The drive-thru was... fast, food was fresh, and the customer service was on point! I'll visit that location again soon. Even if I have to drive afew extra miles. Read more
Wanted Carl's JR this morning so looked on website and saw that this location opens at 6 a.m which worked out great for me.... Arrived approx 5 min b4 6 so waited in parking lot until 6:02 a.m. and went thru drive thru with no response. So after a fewminutes, did same thing again but no response. So I pulled up out front to place order inside. Door was locked and nobody insight. Glad I did look though because store looked DIRTY!! NO RESPONSE WAS BLESSING IN DISGUISE!!! I would give zero stars if I could. Over $100 spent. The Mayo on the sandwiches (that aren?t supposed to be made with Mayo) was... old. Ordered no onions and every one of my 5 burgers had lettuce. Was given two of the wrong chicken sandwiches. There was hairin one of the burgers. When we got there they told us they called corporate and that they told them to tell us ?to never comeback? all because we wanted our order to be correct there?s two children in my household with pickle allergies and relish wasbut on both of their burgers (and the burgers ordered aren?t supposed to be made with relish) don?t eat here. I went through the drive up and ordered the Breaded chicken sandwich with fries and a coke and had to wait a little for my... order. Not a problem because they were busy. Once I got my order I drove to my daughter?s and was so hungry and couldn?t waitto eat. First bite, dry. Second bite dry and a bit tough. I thought it may have been one piece but it was every piece. Icouldn?t eat it and had to throw it away. Very dissatisfied. I like Carl?s Jr. but experience was not a good one. Hopefully itwill be better next time. Read more

I have been to your location 5 times in the past two months and your dinning room door is always locked. I understand being... short handed but this is utmost ridiculous that you turn away customers by locking your front door. Just because your too afraidto work a little harder. I do not recommend this location. The management has gone down hill sadly to say. And are not makingthe best decisions for the business. The sign on the window clearly states hours of operation. The "short staffed" excuse hasgone on way too long. Two people can run that business at Tuesday at 5:10 pm. This location will not be around much longer if itdoesn't have better Management and decision making. And answer your darn phones!!!!
