Eh. Food was ok but you can get better burgers for the price. Service was great though!
Was picking up a doordash order at 7pm on a Saturday night. I Parked to go inside, which is what they prefer we do so we aren't... clogging the drive thru. Doors were locked at 7pm! She saw me & my delivery bag & waved me to go to the drive thru. Got stuckbehind 4 cars & had to wait for 10 minutes. I wrote this review while I was waiting. I asked the girl at the window why thelobby is locked & she said "cuz we're closed inside right now." I'd avoid this placed because this situation leads me to believethat they are either lazy or short staffed & that doesn't usually = good food/service. I'm hoping management sees this & alsowonders why the employees are locking up the store before sundown on a Saturday. Read more
Decided to give Carl's Jr. another try at a different location since I didn't have a good experience at many other locations.... This place is just disappointing. Ordered no salt on Fries and extra crispy. It looks like they just put the current saltedfries back in the fryer to make it extra crispy. She handed it to me and closed the window really fast. I checked my bag tosee if there is any ketchup for the fries and there was none. I sat there to get her attention and she was very rude when sheopened the window saying loudly, "What"! Her body language and tone of voice make it seems like I'd bothered her. Before Icould ask for ketchup, she blurbed out, "Our food is fresh and just made." When she realized that was not my question, shecalmed down and told me they didn't have ketchup because their shipment didn't come in. I was okay with that response. I thenlet her know I ordered unsalted fries she told me there is no salt on the fries when you can see the salt crystals on it. Instead of wasting my time arguing, I decided to write this review. I have been going to Carl's Jr. since I was in my 20s. Nowat 50, I won't be going there anymore. Carl's Jr. needs to teach their employees how to listen and to be honest. People orderedfood a certain way due to their health conditions. Read more
By far the cleanest fast food restaurant in az. They have a new team that seems to work hard on cleaning and taking care of... customers. Food was great and affordable. Though I wish their cali burger was bigger. Plenty of parking and well lit. Severalentrances and drive thru. Great service and glad they got their team that will make this a better place to eat. I Came in and ordered few sandwhiches and on some but mainly on plain double cheese burgers and when I checked the burgers I... found white hairs. I dont know what goes on in the kitchen, but they seriously need to reevaluate the staffs heath and safety.This is unacceptable and very appualing. The sight of it is very concerning. Read more
DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION! I was excited to try the Sourdough burger and was completely disappointed. The bread was not toasted... and the bacon was just peices sprinkled on the bread. Service was also horrible. Very rude and short with me, like I hadinterrupted thier party! Took 21 minutes to get the food and the order was missing jalapeño poppers so I had to wait forthem...all food was cold by the time I got home (1/4 mile away). Read more
