First the staff was really friendly and the food was great. Two of us went and got a late night dinner. The guy offered some... great suggestions and was overall really happy. However the location is really really run down. It's clear that the franchiseowner or corporate really has neglected basic upkeep. A clearly broken table is laying in a corner in pieces, the soda machineis a total disaster with leaks, buildup on the sides, and the list goes on. I'm surprised the health department has allowed themto keep that soda machine in service. That service area is in need of some serious repairs. Read more
Ordered a large salad, it was small, I asked for extra cheese, there wasn?t, strawberries were mushy but the taste overall was... good, dressing was good and gave plenty of it. I was disappointed in the salad and the lack of ingredients. It came with aroll which was unexpected. I paid 25 for this salad to be delivered and it was skimpy. Wish I had a photo. The bacon avocado on wheat was well proportioned. The tomato basil soup was a little sweet for our liking but would be delicious... on a meatball sub. The chicken pesto on white bread was a little disappointing. The sauce is a cream based and just wasn?t whatI was expecting. The green Chile potato soup was really good, except for the tortilla strips. I asked for a little and gave anormal portion. For me they took away some of the flavor. One of my go to places, not a huge fast food person but love the options here. The soups are my favorite, they're all so... delicious. So many options across the board that taste delicious and customer service is typically pretty decent. Read more
Zipp?s is definitely one of our go to places to eat. We enjoy the healthy options. This location is consistently clean and staff... is friendly. The food is consistently good as well. The only thing that gives it a 4 stars for us is when we get to the end ofthe line, we have to repeat back to the workers what we ordered? EVERY TIME. It seems there should be a ticket given to themwith our name or order number on it so we do not have to do that. Other than that, keep up the great work! Read more
DELICIOUS STRAWBERRY SALAD! the salad tastes fresh and full of flavor. The strawberry vinaigrette is a bit sweet but so... delicious. The grilled chicken is tender and well cooked. The presentation is high quality. They even include achocolate-covered Strawberry! Highly recommended! Read more
This place has really gone down hill. There tab for being able to curbside pickup or order in advance is turned off most of the... time. Then when you do get to do the pickup, they set it on a table in the lobby. Today there was a man going through someoneelse's order. We ended up going in to order this time and the place was basically empty. The young kids that work there have NOcustomer service skills at all. The food was so gross!! Avacado was old and I asked a fresh one and was told they all look likethat. Thr whole experience was awful. They have a great concept with soup, sandwich and salads but no follow through. Read more
This place is such a hidden gem. There are a bunch of delicious and healthy options available and the ingredients are always... fresh. The "pick 2" combo allows you to choose any two items from their menu and you get a perfectly satisfying (but not overlyfilling) lunch or dinner portion. I'm a huge fan of their Red pepper and lobster bisque. A couple more notable things. Youget a chocolate covered strawberry with your meal which is a delightful little desert that's not so decadent that you feelregret over having it. Additionally, the tables are usually clean. I can't tell you how much it bothers me when I walk into arestaurant with open seating and the tables are all filthy; so it's nice that this place seems to care about that. Read more
