First and last time going to Burros & Fries. Guy taking order was cool but what is up with the stringy hair girl wearing a face... mask that was hanging half off her face calling out orders? She was out right rude to customers. Didn't fully hear the numbershe called out, asked her what number she just called and she replied "it's on the receipt" and walked away. That's logical butwhen you cover up the receipt by setting food on top of it, we can't see the numbers. I had to ask as i didn't want to touchother people's food and move it around to see the number on the ticket. Then came the joke of a fork they give you to eatsomething that's crispy and deep fried. Total fail. Fork was too flimsy to even stick in it (see pics). Had to go back to thecounter to ask for a knife and got that same rude girl who said they didn't have any. How on God's green earth are you supposedto eat this when you don't have any knives to cut it and the fork is too flimsy to even stab it. Seriously?!?!. Spent $30 for 2burros and 2 sodas. One was ablr to eat what he got and mine just sat in the container to take home and eat later as they don't,couldn't provide decent eating utensils for the deep fried burro. The girl really needs to find a non-customer facing job and ifshe's going to wear a face mask, then actually wear it. Don't have it hanging half on/half off your face keeping your chin warm. The meat in the tacos were tender but lacked a little flavor. Could have added that little something extra to make it 5 stars.... Staff was friendly. You can order online and use their drive through incase you are on the run and need something quick. Afterordering it took about 7-10 minutes for my food to come out. So not horrible. Read more

10-11- 2022..1230pm Upon entering very nice. First time here. Started to order, I new what I wanted. Face that greeted me not so... great. Got my seat...looked around tables used and dirty. No problem most of the time i bring my own sanitize and clean. But Idecided to get the girl cause it wasn't busy. Well didn't get a happy response. One came out cleaned up somewhat and not mytable which we sat there waiting which very rude. I truly understand some don't like to work (youngens)now days. Then the addedface of no care was insulting. No problem went out in my truck and got my sanitizer and towl. Food looked good but my flautaswere burned. I still ate it cause. I just had enough. Sorry not even close to even a Filibertos. Which is sad. Folks go tryZamoras for ethnic mex food and hospitality or Barbon Tacos nice seating area in hotel and great nook corner bar for alcohol bevif u choose. Sorry burrito fries you failed. You guys might make it if you recruit elder mex or chicanas for front job thatwork & clean w pride. Or maybe there's just that one bad apple youngen. Who knows. Wish you guys luck! Really great spot for carne asada fries. They offer 2 sizes. Small and large. The small is what's pictured! The fries were nice... and crispy and I really liked the avocado they put in. It's the perfect lunch or dinner spot if you are looking to try somethingnew. They also have a wide range of drinks including alcoholic options. Clean resturant so has drive thru next to barros pizza. Very quick service and quality and quantity are amazing. Prices are well... matches society today. Definetly recommend coming here for a quick bite. Make sure to ask extra extra sour cream as they were alittle LOT of shy with it Read more

First time here, will return! Nice little place I must say ???? had the #3 cheese quesadilla with 3 rolled tacos (taquitos). I... love that they have a salsa bar I call it, limes, different choices of sauces, the guac salsa is to die for! Over all a cooljoint to grab a bite. My new favorite Family owned business.....We definitely recommend this place. Amazing food, and many options. We tried the... chollo fries, Carne asada fries, street tacos and my personal favorite the steak quesadilla. It is a nice, clean and invitingplace.
