Ordered a meal and asked for salt and ketchup at the window. Was the only car in the drive through (possibly only customer at... the store period) yet had to wait 5 mins, wasn?t going to complain bc if it takes 5 mins to get hot fresh food, it?s worth thewait. To my surprise, the fries were cold and tasteless (read zero salt). The window was closed so I waved my arms, honked myhorn, and then just sat there and waited for someone to notice I was still there. Once they noticed, I requested hot fries andmentioned I still needed the salt and ketchup. Was asked to pull up to THE SPOT while I waited for the fries (still nocustomers). 5 mins later employee brings out my bag and gives me the dripping with sarcasm batting eyelashes smile, says here yago and runs back in the store. Fries were the same ones as before, barely warm and with so much salt on them that they were notedible. Seeing how they handled my request for hot fries with such maturity and professionalism, I?ve decided not to risk eatingthe burger that came with the meal, so I?ve paid almost $9 for a small coke, what a deal!! Tried calling the store and SURPRISE,it rang and rang and rang. Won?t be returning. Ps. It?s been about an hour and the salt is still burning my mouth. Way to go! Read more
Slow to exceptionally slow. Our order was placed by drive up window and clerk kept her back to us and was talking on headset or... phone. We finally got our order, it had cooled off quite a bit. Our 5 minute ride home left us with soggy cold food. Read more
First time in a long time my burger was actually warm. Fries were nicely salted and hot. They have a little bit of a homeless... problem but it wasn't totally out of control. All in all I would go back again. Read more
Only use the drive thru at this location. Since I work across the street, Ive tried this BK quite a few times over the last 3... years. Unlike usual, I was surprisingly impressed with this visit! Got the 8pc chicken nugget meal with fries and aCoke. Positives: -Line moved pretty quickly, was a nice surprise -Food was good, tasted fresh, and was able to actually eat mymeal (since it?s not usually good like today) -Remembered my sauce Negatives: - Like always, their sodas suck. Don?t think theychange the bags in the soda machine often enough, but their Coke was pretty nasty -ALWAYS ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPT. They don?t giveit automatically, and won?t help you if you have an issue without one All in all, I was pleasantly surprised with this visit.Though I would suggest going somewhere else, unless you have to sacrifice quality for time or convenience sake. If you can avoidthe headache, I?d suggest avoiding this BK. Read more
I ordered 2 jr burgers..1 regular with probably 2 cheap pickle chips.. Next one with heavy pickle as once referred to years... ago.. I get my receipt of order and said 1 with regular 2 pickles . Wow ! next 1 said No pickle.. I go to counter to get herstraight and got my heavy pickle. I'm sorry franchisee owner but man, cant get better help up front than that ? This is a great location. Extremely clean. Great service. Easy entrance from two parts of the building. Great prices and big... servings. Easy menu to read. Lots of cool seatings. Many parking spots and drive through. Lots of outside lights and insidewell lit as well. Food was great and lots of fries. Good music and very nice fountain drink stand. Kid friendly and lots ofold pictures. Highly recommend this spot. Read more
Visited a handful of times now. Restaurant is new and very clean. Employees have been polite and efficient at taking orders and... delivering my food through the drive-thru. Food has been fresh with each visit. I enjoy the value of the 2 for $6 deal. Whopperor crispy chicken sandwich are a good choice. Overall I recommend this location Read more
Management needs to step in and get this place under control or hire people who actually want to work. The staff are etremely... rude and don't care about your order at all. If you ask for something NOT to be on your Impossible burger I gauranteee it'll bethere with everything else removed instead and they keep you waiting even though there are no customers inside or at thedrive-thru.
