I ordered the royal chicken combo, chicken nuggets, fries, and whopper combo. I was the only person in the drive thru but still... waited for almost 10 minutes thinking my order would be fresh. Came home and saw the chicken sandwich looked as if it had beensitting out, the fries were burnt, and whooper was cold. I used my debit card to pay almost 30$ for this disappointing meal. After sitting in drive thru for 15minutes we never moved. Here they're rude and snippy with customers.
The whole reason for my visit was to use my coupon for one of their free drinks through my T-Mobile app, but I actually ended up... spending $26 for lunch and the chicken sandwiches tasted stale and the fries were even worse and we usually love their fries. Read more

Pros: - the inside was clean, - lots of sitting space Cons: - the drive thru service was really slow -... they gave me someone else's food - stingy with the sauces - the customer service was not good. Have been going to this BK for years now, and have only had a couple times where my order did not meet expectations or was... incorrect, but their corporate office quickly made amends mere hours after leaving my issue in the app for them. I mainly justdo takeout, ordering as I leave my house and arriving to a just prepared order 5 to 10 minutes later. The dining room is alwayswell kept and the standard distancing precautions are followed with the seating, as well as masks on all the employees. Thefood has never really been a problem, their accuracy falling in the high 90% ranges, though you might want to ask for a littleextra on the condiments as that appears to be a place this particular location is trying to save budget with. But all in all,it's what you would expect from a burger franchise as large as they are. I got a spicy royal, but the chicken was undercooked. Ended up just eating the sandwich without the meat. Place was clean... enough, but they make you ask for napkins and for access to the bathroom.
