I would love to have given the service 5 stars as well but for one server. There is one, don't know her name, but she has... black and gray streaks in her hair. OMG, rude. We waited 10 minutes for our food before I decided to go in. She was comingout with someone else's food and I asked where ours was. She got real snippy telling me how everyone else had to get takencare of first because they ordered appropriately. BK was serving breakfast and we ordered lunch. As she was going back in. She came back out with ours repeating that if we wanted our food faster we should have ordered breakfast, not lunch. I toldher if our only choice was breakfast, perhaps they should take burgers off the breakfast menu. "Just because it's there, youstill needed to order breakfast, not lunch!" as she disappeared back into the building. Fries were left out to get cold, no sauce privided or asked if needed for chicken fries. had to wait 25 minutes for my order,... manager had his shirt unbuttoned to mid chest exposing chest hairs, employee seeed to not care about his work, had the amazingexperience of listening to the employee's choice in music that involved a large amount of profanity, racial slurs, and explicitdialogue. I am disgusted, unsatisfied, appalled, and upset with the work ethic and quality this store provides. I will notreturn to this location and will advise others to avoid it at all cost. Read more
As a person who use to work the restaurant industry, it takes a lot to impress me. This store impressed me. I pulled up to a... long line in drivethru and I was certain it would take 20 mins at least. Instead my order was taken with politeness and it wasaccurate. Person who took the order was actually listening. When I rolled up to window, the cashier was waiting for me with asmile. Got my order about 30 seconds after I pulled up. Person who packed it took it back and doublechecked because he realizedan item was missing. So I didn't wait 20 mins, took 5 mins. Food was hot, fresh and correct. Service was friendly. Last evening I ordered 3 whoopers, fries and nuggets. I did not get 1 of the whoopers which is $6.99. And the fries were ice... cold. I have called the number 9 times and no one has answered. This is the second order in a row that I was shorted a whooper.Won't go there again. Read more
Fast food is supposed to be fast. Im sitting outside for 15 mins and counting.. with another car waiting for my food that cost... me $50 for 4 people. I could be in a restaurant for this. Burger King needs to lower prices and fix staff. Read more
I visit this location very frequently and compared to other locations near-by this is my favorite. My order is always correct,... cooked well, and the staff is always very friendly. My experience with this Burger King has always been positive and I can'tremember one time there being something wrong or missing from my order. Sometimes they ask me to pull around to wait, but when Ido my food is always nice, hot, and fresh. I would rather wait a couple minutes, then hold up a line or get cold food. As acustomer who frequently visits, I would say the staff and management do a pretty good job. Kudos. Read more
They charge extra for lettuce on their king burger. And more extra for a slice of tomato. Tasted great. Hate the up charges.
