on SUN 25 Sept about 12 noon i wanted to Get Lunch.. so i visited this location and had the worst service at this BK in a long... time, which was a first.. on top of it, Rest Crew did not noticed i was VIsually impaired when they Tried to tell me about theSign about the SOda machine not working... the Poor gal they came back from break was unaware of the Soda machine issue andhanded me a Lg soda cup... i had to ask 3 times about what was available... my food was Hot.. but service could of beenbetter... i was finally able to Get sweet Tea, when i asked her co worker if i could from Machine on Drive Thru side [ behindCounter ] it Had been a while since i have been here, and NOW you Have to Get a Token to Wash your Hands / Bathroom. a dayLater, Monday while i was home , i finally ate my Sandwich, and it Had Pickles.. i thought i ordered NO PICKLES.. anyways, iused to Stop by This BK alot more when i Lived down the Street.. plus its 4 blocks away from my CHurch at 63rd. after thisrecent Visit, i wont be by as often.. Staff need better Training on Knowing their Menu and Communicate better with each otherwhen something is not available... i might be back in 2 months , we will see.. by the way, i dont remember if the Tables wehreClean.. also their is other Food places nearby that has slightly better service.. the one Reason i stopped is because i know theMenu and got the $5 your way meal.. have a good day.. Worst Burger King in America. Couldn?t get my order right, ordered two breakfast items and a coke. Never got the drink. When I... went back through the drive thru, the Manager ?AJAnna? claimed I never ordered a drink but a hash brown. Then she wanted my bagof cold food. I just told her to keep it. Hope they choke on my $7.02. Will never eat at another Burger King. Read more
Hands down, this Burger King #5208 is consistent with fresh, hot food and stellar customer service! I?ve visited several in the... vicinity, there?s no comparison. I use the drive thru and I?ve complimented them at the window but regional / corporatemanagement truly needs to know the exemplary service coming out of here should not be missed! If I could give this place negative stars I would. They don't accept digital coupons saying their system doesn't support... coupons. The manger is very rude and they are very unprofessional there. They've messed my order up more than once I refuse toreturn to this place. Be wise go somewhere else this Burger King is terrible. Read more
I went for their breakfast croissant. Egg was almost nonexistent. A previous patron at the drive up window had emptied their... trash on the ground right at the window. Yuk. Nancy took my order and could not understand me. She added 6 burgers and I only asked for a whopper and 3 doubles cheese... burgers. She was extremely rude because I kept correcting her with my order. I left missing one burger STILL. I called when Igot home and once again she did not let me talk, kept talking over me, and said she was the manager.
