it's fair. for the most part the food is par for the course if you're being honest with yourself. It's Burger King... If you... were looking for a quality meal, you could do worse, but you could also do a lot better. Like any other BK these days, it'sbest to keep it as simple as possible to ensure you're not scrapping off excess ketchup or liquid lettuce. They always slopdisgusting amounts of sauce on everything, so I order everything dry and avoid anything with lettuce on it. These guys stick tothe age old tradition of prioritizing the drive thru and fail to serve their customers in the order they are received. They dothis by not even taking orders in the dining room until the drive thru is clear. Frequently the crew is comprised ofdisenchanted souls that wish you would just stop ordering food. Muttering the world's most deadpan greeting, sometimes spicingit up with a contemptable eye roll. You are antagonizing their harmony by existing, so if you could just die in your sleep andstop ordering food; that'd be great. As if having no orders to fulfill would somehow improve their tragic lives. lol... I'm notlooking for everyone working at Burger King to be happy. I've worked at many burger joints, Burger King included. I hated it,but I didn't take it out on my customers. It's not their fault you accepted one of the lousiest jobs in the country. I visitedhere frequently, because it was close and there isn't much else in the area. I stopped, because I don't want to find out whatthese people do to your food after you've complained about them. Worse BK I've ever been to. Got 2 Impossible Whoppers. Got home and unwrapped it to see this sad display before me. Lazily... slapped together was the bun, meat, 2 pickles and condiments that were huddled together on the edge of the burger, ready to runoff. Had to go to my fridge to put lettuce on it so it can even resemble a so called "cheeseburger". The entire time I waseating it was just painful. 0 flavour. There were no onions, no tomato, or lettuce. I never had such an unsatisfying burger inmy life. I won't go back to this location. The fries had no salt either. Read more
Someone needs to teach the staff what "off the broiler" or "dropped fresh" means. When the sandwiches are already cold as soon... as you get them, they certainly weren't made fresh. And it's every ice cream machine in every Burger King broke??? Read more
Took them about 20 to take my order, even after two people seen me. Yes the drive through was busy but dang! The people inside... didn't even welcome me either. And the young Hispanic gentleman that was working through a couple packs of ranch that anothercustomer politely asked for. I don't recommend anyone go here. Read more
We ordered off of the value menu expecting it to be a cheaper meal yet cost $16 (large drinks are $3.69). The food was given to... us right away and upon biting into the chicken sandwich the chicken had dark spots that should not be there. My daughter'scheeseburger had spots on the bottom of it that were covered with a lot of mustard. The fries were the only edible thing. I donot recommend eating here off of the value menu. Make sure you always check the meat before biting into it. Read more
Ordered $11 of food. Asked for ranch. Was told they charge extra. So I don't even get 1 with my meal? Then window was shut. So... even if I wanted to pay extra it was no longer an option. Didnt even open the food before the customer service earned your 1star. So much for have it my way. Read more
Luckily it wasn't crowded when I was there because it took quite a while to figure out my order. I learned that most BKs around... here don't accept online ordering ahead. (In their defense, it's probably quite expensive for a franchise to offer thatservice) Unfortunately, T-Mobile Tuesdays deals set it up that you can only order ahead. ???? But no fault of BK. So I didn'tget my free whopper. On the up side, this BK has the same price on their ch'king deluxe (YUM!) as for the regular ch'king! ThenI discovered the Rodeo Burger has bbq sauce and onion rings for $1.49! So I got two of those and some fries which I got for $1with a coupon. We both still ate well for 11.99 The counter girl was very friendly and patient and helpful. That made thedifference between leaving without the free whopper and staying to order dinner anyway. I only use the drive-thru so I can only speak to the great service these folks provide--they are patient and pleasant and they... get my order right!! I would recommend this particular BK Read more
