They had my order just sitting there getting cold because they forgot. The whopper with cheese that came out to almost $8.00 was... cold and gross on top of that! This is by far the worst burger King in glendale 95th and camelback right off the 101. I mean can yall get orders correctly ever... even after repeating your order I ordered two double cheese burgers ketchup mustard and cheese only got home opened burger onlyone patty that's the most recent problem. The service is horrible and rude new resteraunt same lazy unmotivated staff huh. Ishouldn't walk in and not be greater with hello just a young lady walking up rolling her eyes and says what can I get you askedfor burgers off the broiler . They never do it burgers are always cold like they been sitting there for hours. Visited before 11am. Newly opened after remodel. Drive thru was backed up so came inside. Smells clean. Updated wood and steel... decor. Food was hot fresh and packaged well to go. Bathrooms were clean but lacked toilet seat covers and individual stall trashcans. Took off a star for that reason only. Will be back. =) Read more
Usually I'm pretty happy with this location. But whenever I would get a sausage and cheese croissant it would be luke warm and... the cheese wouldn't be melted at all. Well, I went through the drive through and asked if they could please melt the cheese onmy sandwich and this is what I got.....epic fail Burger King....you've lost my business! This Burger King was a great place to stop by between jobs for me. You see, I'm a clown. I love the blue lamps. And the play... ground is amazing. It has an airplane kids can climb up in and turn a wheel that makes the plane's propeller spin around. Sooomuch fun. The bathrooms are nice and secured. An employee enters a secret code and personally let's you in. So no one else canenter in behind you. That's a nice service. I ordered the #5 meal. A double burger with bacon. It was HUGE! My goodness it wasamazing. It took 2 hands to hold, it was so big. I loved that the enterance door handles were burger spatulas. I think you'lllove your visit here. Read more
Staff are deaf. Trying to order thru drive thru. I'm talking loud for them to hear. They try to take order and then say they... can't hear me. Need to turn up volume on headsets. But I start screaming the order and they say they aren't going to take myorder cause I'm screaming. But I talk loud they can't hear me. So stay away from burger King on 95th Ave & camelback rd.
