Disappointed. Very long wait at Drive thru. Thought they must be running the business with two employees!? Finally got to the... window and from what I can see there were about six employees :/ They all looked confused!? Tried the Turtle sundae. I thinktheres ice cream in it ???? a quarter of the cup was filled with fudge and half was whip cream with about 5 pecans. I thinkI'll give them one more chance but ice cream only. Word of advise PLEASE work on customer service. I drove up to this location and sat at the drive thru menu in and sat in silence... for about 5 minutes before the young lady stated ?are you still deciding?? - I was confused and said deciding on what, youhaven?t even greeted me. Then after ordering she simply says it?ll be ready at the window - didn?t repeat my total, order oranything. There?s no reason why service should be poor for a NEW establishment - everyone working looks very young - but that?sno excuse for unfriendly, poor service. Then when I get my order my blast? was just thrown together - no napkins or anything. This type of thing is a direct reflection on management and training. Please fix it. Read more
Amazing Ice Cream! Love the southern banana pudding flavor. Great family environment and atmosphere. Awesome addition to the... Westgate area. I think they thought of everything here, heaters, misters, shades, plenty of seating. Nice to see it finallyopen. My kids love Bruster?s, so we are definitely happy to have one closer to home.
