It is easy to see why so many say that Brusters has the best ice cream in Phoenix! So many fresh flavors and styles to choose... from - it can be hard to decide. I got a waffle bowl with blueberry cheesecake and lemon cream, while my husband got a wafflebowl with banana puddin and chocolate. The flavors were well balanced - pronounced but not overwhelming. The waffle bowls werelight, crisp, and obviously fresh. The staff is super friendly, quick to answer questions and the service was fast andprofessional.
