First time trying this restaurant for lunch for my wife. She truly don't like American food, she is from the Philippines and you... all knows the food in the Philippines is GREAT! well for the most part. She didn't enjoy the meal and the price for it. I guessthis will be crossed off our list of places to revisit. Read more

Only reason this isn't getting one star is the personality of the manager. He wad kind, considerate, and respectful. The issue... is the following. I ordered a chicken B.L.T. meal and was disgusted from start to finish. The bun was dry, the chicken wasreheated, dry, and stale, the amount of mayonnaise was a joke and was like they flicked a thimble worth onto the sandwich. Andthere was no bacon. And if that wasn't bad enough your macaroni and cheese was watery and overly salted to the point of beingunpalatable. I can get better quality from McDonald's and pay less than $13 dollars for it. Disgraceful and shameful is all Ican define this store as. Read more

Worst Boston Market experience yet. Not sure if the employees just woke up or just finished smoking a joint. Lazy enough to lock... the front door and not allow customers in the building. At least the Lobby is closed it should be posted on Google. I alwaysthought? It had higher standards. Can't imagine what my meal is going to be like when I get home..... Just got home to find outthey forgot the dipping sauce for the new rotisserie chicken bites. No utensils. Not looking forward to biting it. Read more

So I heard an add for new rotisserie chicken bites on the radio and then I saw a billboard for it. I had never ate at a Boston... Market, but I have had their food before and I liked it. So, after bouldering all Thursday morning, I decided to make a sittingat BM be my lunch, my sustenance of choice, high on protein from the rotisserie nuggets, and I paired it with mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli, and house sauce. What a hit they will be for all the lego fiends, if the find out about them. They lookappealing in the photos, but in person they look very bland, barely any color, but the flavor is a win, for sure. I went atnoon, so it was pretty empty, like if they had just got through the lunch rush. The bathrooms were relatively clean, a few papertowels on the counter and toilet squares on the floor, but clean. The restaurant was neat and tidy, everything in its place anddrinks fully stocked. Got rid of the famous prime rib and the turkey. Not a great decision. Only one other table in there at 6:30 pm tonight. No one... really running the show. Did not see a Manager. Place was clean, but menu is too limited now. Red skins were very undercooked.Meat loaf was good. Bring back the prime rib PLEASE!! Read more

First time at this location as we just moved nearby. Ordered online with a coupon. Hubby picked up two bowls, 2 sodas and... cornbread. Brought home. We sat down to eat dinner. No gravy whatsoever on mashed potatoes, corn, chicken bowls (was ordered). Also ordered 6 cornbread, received 2. Called and spoke to manager, B. Marquee. No help. Was told if we come back, he willgive us what we're missing. Asked about future coupon or other option for the inconvenience; said nothing like that available. Completely uninterested in making this right. Hubby said only 4 teens working, were all sitting outside on a picnic table whenhe arrived. Very poor customer service. Will not return. Read more

Boston Market had a great Memorial day deal that we just couldn't pass up. We ordered a whole chicken, slap of ribs, 4 large... sides all for 25 bucks. Just remember there are up charges for the popular sides, thus we paid 3 bucks extra for sweet potatoes. The customer service was fabulous. The food was hot, fresh and quick to the table. The only downside is really the silly upcharge and I wish they'd get rid of it. I look forward to going back sooner than later for sure. Read more

Was craving comfort food and didn't like cooking so decided to try Boston Market. There was a free individual meal if you order... $10 or more on first visit thru their reward program so I signed up and ordered. Food was ready when I got there and order wascorrect other than they did not give the extra gravy requested. I had the turkey and mashed potatoes, everything was prettygood but had to keep salting it otherwise very bland including the gravy. It did the trick but not sure it will be a cravableplace. Saving the chicken meal for husband so can't comment on taste but looks good. Read more
