Used to love eating here but they have now changed their menu and no longer have turkey which was a favorite and they are always... out of ribs by the time we are able to get there around 5:00 so all they have is chicken and meatloaf and sandwiches which I canget at fast food places if I wanted. Worst customer service in the world. I am a regular customer here but I will never go back to any Boston Market. The manager... said nothing about the rude things that were said to me because my order was wrong and I was charged for what I ordered on theapp. I was going to just take the loss because it was not the store?s fault, but when I said I ordered something different, theoverweight girl with the red dyed hair told me I should order from somewhere else. I was ripped off and the response is anattitude even though I was going to take the quarter meal when I paid for a half. I am so disappointed. We go here a lot. This time I ordered online because I had a coupon for 15.00 off a 30.00 purchase. When... it was time to checkout it did not take the 15.00 off my order. I couldn?t cancel the order. It doesn?t let you do that. So whenI went to pick up they wouldn?t let me use the coupon either. That?s crazy. They could not make this right for me. I will notbe back!! The staff was nice and friendly. The food was hot and pretty good. The bathroom is awful. We also let them know we were not... finished and they still threw away our food. I just went to the awful bathroom. Read more
While I usually like this location, they?re the worst when it comes to curbside orders. Most of the time I have to get out of... the car to get the food myself and I watched them ignore the phones more times than I can count. This last time I went, is thereason for this review. I went inside to get my food and waited quite a while before someone asked me if I needed help. Therewere 3 employees working. And I watched them all ignore another customers call as well. Second chance I've given to this location in the last 3 months. Staff is not happy and food quality is poor place is a mess, as... i look around i see broken and missing cabinet doors. I use to eat a BM often and place was always clean with nice/happystaff. This location needs a management staff change IMO. I'll give it one last try in a month or so and see if it improves.Also, what happened to serving in house guests on a real plate not a to go box? (let me guess blame it on covid). Don?t be in a hurry had a 15 minute wait just to get acknowledged and to only find out they don?t have the featured menu item!!!... They need major help with staffing and customer service?the workers don?t seem happy or excited to helpcustomers. Update- Gave BM a second chance with another failed experience. Store hours are posted and they close 45 minutesearly. Stayed open til 8:30 pm due to staffing. Went around 7:46 pm. Only one guy in the lobby and wanted to use my gift cardbut the doors were closed and the worker ignored me and continued to clean and eat her meal. To bad that is bad business. Iwaited to see if they would correct the matter and the worker let the guy out through a side door instead of addressingcustomers or answering the phone because I attempted to call in order to ask why did they close early?go figure no answer. I had ordered curbside service because I have a bad back and didn?t want to get out of the car. When I arrived I was told that... because of safety issues, they don?t go outside the store after dark and could I come inside. So when I got inside, the orderwas not ready. I told the manager that I wasn?t trying to be a ?Karen? but that I was disappointed. She told me she understoodand then gave me a refund for my order. I got the food and the refund. I told that was not necessary but she said it wasbecause my food was 20 minutes late. She was very nice. Maybe she was just trying to avoid a ?Karen? situation, which I reallywas not going to start, but she was very nice and I will remember about them not coming out after dark.
