Just got a cappucinno blast and a chocolate shake. The shake was no thicker than chocolate milk. Are you kidding me. The... cappucinno blast had the same consistency. Excellent customer service tonight. The 2 young ladies here were very nice and accommodating. Not a lot of non-dairy options,... however, plenty of ice cream as usual. Priced far better than gas and the consumption made everyone very happy. Fair amount ofparking and immediately off the road so you can't miss it. Read more
I went into this location 7/8/22 around noon and there were like 5 kids behind the counter including a little child like 2 years... old. The kids were playing in the ice cream with the scoopers with no gloves on. The lady that got my cake order almost trippedon the child running around behind the counter. This all is so unacceptable and so not sanitary! I use to love this location butit?s really gone down hill and seeing this made me never want to order from there again. Read more
I ordered a 2 scoop sundae and the child behind the counter happily haloed me Even though there was an adult available to help.... When he was done he handed it to me. There was about half the amount of icecream I usually get and no whip cream. As Ireluctantly paid the $7 the adult with him was organizing the cans of whip cream the apparently were out of. So if you want someover priced icecream and about 1/2 the amount normally given go to this location. Read more
Ordered a cake on Thursday for Saturday pickup at 11:15 am. I arrived and when I asked if it was ready the employee said it... wasn?t and to give her 25 min. I said okay that?s fine. 25 min passed and it?s still not ready. She asked me to wait another 15minutes. This is truly frustrating. I waited almost an hour for a birthday cake. If the customer?s order is going to be delayedwhy not give a heads up by calling or sending me an email! This is unacceptable. They also won?t pick up their phone when youcall! Read more

If I could give negative stars I would . When did scooping ice cream become so hard... tonight the employee that was helping me... did nothing but complain about how hard it was to scoop out the ice cream not only that I asked for 3 scoops in a cup and gotthe equivalent of maybe a scoop and a half . Many times we show up and the open sign is off with people inside or the doors areclosed at 6pm and there's Noone there.
