Came with a big party, server was super sweet and helpful! The waitress said they were out of mushrooms, she saw how... disappointed we were so they when right next door to Safeway to get some!! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank you, we will beback! The staff were more interested in the carry out customer then the dine in customers. There was garbage in multiple spots on the... floor. Plus, we had to request everything, the staff didn't provide silverware until asked, there was no bread plate even thoughbread was provided, we had to wave them down for everything, our salad plates were not removed, even though we were clearlyfinished plus the plates were allowed to pile up on our table. The staff was nice and we did not wait very long to be seated. Pretty good selection of menu options. The "chalkboard" custom... built meal option was a nice feature. I had the chicken with garlic artichokes and lemon. The food was good. Our service,however, was very slow unfortunately. Read more

I have eaten here five times. Last night (9-4-22) arrived at 5:40pm. (I know this because we were picked up by another couple) a... young man met us at the door and was very polite. He was going to seat us at a table by the window. The sun was coming in so badwe asked for a table away from the window. He did so without any problem, as there were several empty, we had beat the rush asplanned. A waitress approached and took our drink order and she also was polite and quick. She left and about 5:55pm we wereadvised that we were getting a new waitress. At 6:09pm a waitress approached and took our order and all four ordered the sameand she replied "that was easy", by this time the restaurant was filling up. At 6:15pm we were brought our to go order and hadnot gotten our food order yet. We noticed three tables that had arrived after us were all ready eating. At that time my friendgot up and spoke with who she thought was a manager. She mad several excuses and left saying she was going to take care of it.At about 6:25pm we stopped our waitress Again and she advised our food was on the way. Food arrived at 6:31pm. As we finishedeating we noticed that there were several tables open again. Never did anyone other then our waitress apologize. NO MANAGEREVER APPROACH US TO APOLOGIZE NO THE WORST SERVICE I'VE HAD SINCE MY TIME IN THE ARMY. To be fair the food was great and so wasthe price. Not sure if I will go back.
