Every time I?ve been to this store the employees are amazing and the pretzels never miss.
Forgot to place order, 25 min for 1 pretzel, no sorry, free drink etc, just lousy customer service. Fri 2pm
My son wanted mini pretzel dogs. We also purchased a Cherry Icee and a medium Sprite. 10 minute wait on the mini pretzel dogs. I... asked for a price on a refill of the Spite because I had finished it while waiting. $3.19 on the original price $1.10 on therefill not a big deal, just wished y?all could have comped the refill instead of only saying ?sorry for the wait?. I ordered 4 pretzels ???? they were sitting and the bottom was actually burnt. Usually 2 pretzels are not enough and my kids... didn?t eat any. I went to return it and they replaced my pretzels with burnt nuggets. My mom used to be a manager when I was kidat this place. It was the worse auntie Anne I?ve ever had. I'm so disappointed. One of my favorite places to snack from. I ordered from DoorDash and just received my order. The pretzels... were blackened on one side. So, not hitting the spot. I ordered a Dr. Pepper and received a flat Coke with no ice. If there wasan issue with soda machine or ice machine, I could have been contacted to switch to sweet tea. Will never order for deliveryagain but most likely see me in person. Read more
I was unhappy with the service on Sunday March 28th . My son has been wanting a pretzel for days and with me working long... hours. I was able to get there 35 mins before it closed. They had only 2 pepperoni pretzels left. The two ladies at the countersaid that's all we have no hello how are you or even apologize. Watch out, lids can't handle it if the cup gets knocked over by kids. Spent $2.99 on a large cup to share with my kids and... spilled after 2sips. So why 1star? Asked if they would refill or give me a new one and they said I would have to buy a new cup!What!!! It's not like I was across the mall...skipping here next time. Read more
We did a lot of shopping this morning in the mall and I was very hungry ( Shopping is hard work! :). As soon as we walked out... of Macy's department store I saw Auntie Anne's and this was just what I needed it to get me through until I go home. The pretzelwas delicious and it was only $6.00. I don't drink soda so I asked for a water and she gave me a nice glass of ice water for 50cents. I had a great experience and I felt much better since I ate my auntie Anne Pretzel- I am no longer hungry :) Read more
