Very horrible attitude and makes horrible faces known as the manager ?Vanice?. Second time going and this person gets the wrong... order every time. And give DEAD LOOKING FRIES !! First time she only sold me a 6piece when I had asked her for a 24 piece and Ihad made the order over the phone so I don?t have to wait and in a hurry. So then I had to wait for the rest of the food then.Now I go in today and I make my order and specifically ask her to repeat my order because last time they got it wrong I couldn?twait and she repeats it and it?s good. I pick up my order and with the same ugly face she has making the same faces. I get homecheck my order and totally wrong i receive a 12 piece spicy when I had asked for non spicy and my 5year old was going to eat outof this. Now he couldn?t. I call and she reassured me she made the order right and the only way she can fix it is if I ?pull upwith order and check it, (was she going to lick or smell my food?) and I told her again how it was wrong last time too and sheresponded with ?i know I remember you? now im in shock as in did this person do it on purpose ??? I never gave her an uglyattitude for her to respond this way or receive this poor service. At Northern and 51st is Sauced & Loaded Wings. This wing joint has all the makings of a a proper mom and pop spot with some... southern and Cajun flairs. I stopped by and got the Big Load with chicken wings (BBQ HONEY HOT ????????) tenders (CitrusChipotle ????????????) 5 fresh made onion rings, Motzarella sticks and an order of the seasoned fries. At first I didn?t thinkthe food was gonna smack as hard as it did, got to be honest. After the first bite I was convinced this place was legit ????.The sauces are house made, even the ranch. I?m something of a ranch aficionado and this place has the real deal ranch ????????.They serve ice cold genuine Kool-Aid y?all!! Tropical punch, Raspberry Lemonade, and Grape Berry Splash. They have Pepsidrinks too even Wild Cherry Pepsi on tap! Lol I love my drinks. The staff was very friendly and polite, took my order quicklyand kept the place clean the whole time I was here. They even have an outside area to chill and post (when it?s not scorchingout here in Phoenix.) So that?s also an option. The vibe was chill with the throw back Hip Hop/ Rap jams. So there's a sign in the store that says we don't serve nothing you won't serve your mama if I was a serve what I ordered today... to my mama she will look at it and throw it away! Came for lunch with my girlfriend we both decided to get the ?big load? the mozzarella sticks were good however the wings and... onion rings and chicken tenders definitely stole the show! Highly recommend coming! We will be back. Read more
Stopped in to order some Happy Hour munchies for Hooper's bar a few doors down. The service was great and the wings even better... plus the cashier actually knew about the menu items. Ordered yesterday, and our order was not quite right. So I contacted them. Couldn't get back there yesterday so we went back... tonight. They remade the items that were not correct and then we decided oh heck why not try some other flavors while we'rehere. Happy to say we are very satisfied with the wings and the fries. From the flavors I've tried, the Garlic Pepper and Saucedand Loaded are def my favorite. Wow are they incredibly tasty! The spicy sauced is not for the weak, this one def has some kick!The lemon pepper and spicy lemon pepper are both on point.
