I wanted to love this place but sadly I don?t. Too crowded and too loud, for my taste. I waited a little longer for my... cappuccino and sadly enough even though I ordered for here it arrived in a paper cup, which is nothing I was looking for. As a millenial, the avocado toast here really hit the spot. Food was great, coffee was from La Colombe (love this NYC Roaster!),... service was great and fast - what's not to like? Lots of folks were there too, always a good sign - would go back anytime I amin Chicago area ???? Read more
I was disappointed by the lack of hygiene at Hometown Coffee and Juice. The food looked delicious but I had to leave because... there were too many flies on the bakery and the staff was not using proper hygiene measures. I hope this will be a call toaction as this location is so popular to this neighborhood. Read more

Hometown is a well oiled machine. It can somehow be crowded, but not feel that way because of the smiling faces behind the... counter. It's big, it's bright, they have a great menu, and lots of outdoor seating. Staff wore masks which is a plus.Recommended Read more
First time here, was looking for a local/unique coffee joint which this is. Their mocha latte was tasty, just the right balance... of chocolate and coffee. I tried their Greek avocado toast which was great! I liked the olives and red onion on top which addedto the flavor for me. They also had a nice lineup of fresh smoothies with fun names which I plan to try more of later. The decorinside is cute and I thought it was so thoughtful that they had the private outdoor seating with clear heated tents. Overall itis a good hangout place to grab a cup of coffee/smoothie and some light breakfast/lunch. I would recommend this cafe to all myfriends if they're ever perusing in downtown Glencoe. Read more
Great breakfast place. Delicious late with oat milkand salmon sandwich. One of my favorite places in the area.
