I do a delivery in the area, so stopped in to get something to eat. Double cheese burger and fries. Cheese burger was lukewarm... and the fries hard and cold. This is the sad part,I was the only person ordering any food. Still they,the workers, decided toserve a warm burger and fries that were obviously old. No pride in the job you're getting paid to do. Ordered a Turkey hoagie with lettuce and tomato. Got home and they forgot to put on Turkey. Nice $9 sandwich. It was wrapped... like someone was on something too, half the sandwich was out of the wrapper. Most insane thing I?ve ever seen. Read more
I thought the Wawa in Roxborough was the worst one. But this one just took the crown. No product, unorganized store, poor... customer service, and current staff struggles to perform their duties. This store needs new leadership. Read more
Pretty standard gas station and a food area. They have a relatively small selection of chips and they have a lot of missing... types of iced tea due to supply chain issues. I wasn't able to pick up my peach tea today. Read more
The store seemed empty and a wreck. Everything was dirty. The staff may have needed a cup of coffee too. The cooler items were... not cold like they should have been. There is zero gluten free items in this location. We have been through numerous wawa's andthere is at least something. There is tesla chargers on the side of the building so that's the only plus. Order 478 on 6/7/22. No bacon or pickles on my chicken sandwich and my fries were literally raw. If I had time I would have... turned around to get it fixed but that's the point of wawa food.... convience. This particular store really struggles withevening quality lately. Read more
If I could have given you no Stars which is what you really deserve I would have done that. Your customer service in your store... was horrific today. Your employee David had difficulty with totaling the sale because he tried to charge me for something that Ididn't have and then wanted me to pay additional money towards something that I didn't even have that I didn't ask for. When Iquestioned him about that I said I'm not paying for something that I don't have he said you're not paying for that. When Icorrected him afterwards I told him you have it on my order and I'm not paying for something that I don't want. He becamefrustrated and he said you can just go. Then when I was walking away he said something negative and I said you know there wasnothing for him to say after the order was done. To which I also said I would like to see your manager. And his very ratchet wayhe said she over there with an attitude as if I had done something. She continued to talk about how he had two jobs and didn'tcare about this one. I didn't know why he was saying that because all I want to talk to was the manager. then he ran around thestore and was saying some other stuff and I said I'm not talking to you he said with that way you know you can just get out ofmy face... except I was not in his face. This was the worst experience and not the only one in a negative way that I've had atWawa. This is why Sheetz is better than you and they always will be. Read more
I am very disappointed. I went in grab my coffee and few other items, proceeded to check out , at the end of my transaction I... notice that my coffee wasn?t free I ask the lady who was working at the counter why wasn?t my coffee free she told me in my appI needed to pull up something.
