Okay. Very nice staff. The atmosphere in the seating area needs to be more inviting. It us hard and cold. It does not make me... want to stay and enjoy a meal. Next!!!! I tried the relatively new French toasts slices. I was too lazy to cross the street togo to Burger King, but I wanted French toast sticks. Well at BK they are 3 for $1.79 and at Wendy's they are 4 for pieces for$3.29. They are simply pieces of overly flat, deeply fried not so sweet sandwich bread. They were so flat and greasy. I did notuse the syrup, but they needed it. At Burger King I do not even need the syrup, personal preference. They are fluffy and moist,cinnonmy and sweet. Forget the calories and carbs. Long story short, I had to cross the street and go with my 1st desire. Wendy's, please take those off the menu. Read more
Ordered a "biggie bag with a junior bacon cheesburger." Kid at the register had to get management to ring it up, they said they... were to busy, he tried his hardest, I ended up paying for a biggie bag and an extra junior bacon cheeseburger. Honestly, justglad the kid who looked like it was his first job and first time alone figured out how to use their operating system on his ownafter getting told by management they wouldn't help him. Was given a small fry, drink, 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers andbarbecue sauce... got home and realizedthey forgot my nuggets but I assumed they were in there because he threw the sauce in thebag. Considering taking my order took 10 minutes, the food took 5 minutes, and I didn't get food poisoning I'll let them havethat 2 star rating. I just left Wendy?s 15 mins ago and got home to eat my food (#6 Spicy Chicken Combo) $10+, and my chicken was completely dried... out, to the point where it was uneditable. Jerky would have been better than what I just wasted my money on. Not to mentionthe fries were like eating paper, and to top it off the strawberry lemonade was bitter and sour not a drop of sweet. I am sodisappointed. I attempted to call the location three times and no one answered the phone. I give up, I guess I just got beatfor my money. I usually stop here because i pass it driving to work. Yesterday, I stopped and grabbed a few chicken sandwiches, all of them... were like hockey pucks. I took a bite and immediately spit it out my window. Didn't have time to go back since I was on break.Definitely won't be stopping here again! ???? Multiple other occasions, my food sucked. The staff is beyond rude. My food was cold. Nasty Odor coming from the inside of the building through the Drive Up window.. My... uncle is the DMS for this district, which is why he told me to order from here in the first place. You guys are definatelygetting a call from Corporate this week.. He didn't pay attention when he took my order so he had to ask me again what I ordered. And then after telling him what I... ordered he still gave me the wrong Frosty flavor, the wrong lemonade flavor, then I got the wrong burger so I just gave up...Maybe some retraining for this staff or to let them know that they need to take their job more seriously and pay moreattention... I have been coming to this Wendy?s for about a year. I have always had great service and happy interactions with the employees.... They always make my fries fresh when I ask and are kind about it. Their burgers are actually good. It's hot and juicy. There'ssomething special about this Wendy?s. I will drive to this Wendy?s instead of any other fast food place just because of how hetreats people. Wendy?s is actually the best place to eat ever! They are super cheap and they always give us great service. I?venever had a negative experience here. Read more
