No one answers the phone, I?ve had issues of them being extremely slow where people just end up leaving the drive through?., but... every time I give them another try and tonight I?m missing 2 of my tacos I ordered and no sauce when the guy specifically askedme if I wanted sauce. I?m not getting back in my car to get my food that I paid for but they failed to do their job and put allthe food in my bag. It?s super frustrating. Read more
I have now been to this place three times when Google said they would be open based on the hours listed. One time I came in the... morning (supposed to be open at 8am) and no one was there. It was completely dark. The other two times I came in the eveningbetween 8-9pm when they were open until 11pm, and both times they said their ordering system was down and they couldn?t take myorder. I don?t know what?s going on here, but three times in a row is unacceptable. Do not go to this Taco Bell. Go to Rice LakeSquare instead. Read more
Worst Taco Bell ever I don't know who owns the place or who manages the place but they never get orders right they never order... when you're sitting there it's gotta be the worst place they need to shut this place down to place down complete garbage... I don?t know what the deal is but I?m trying to address the owner/management on days you have youngsters closing, they are... slacking and usually an hour or 2 before actual closing time, they make excuses like systems are down or rebooting and thereforethey are closed for the night. I?d imagine you guys are loosing tons of business and it seems a lot of non employee buddies ofyour employees are there just hanging out while they are on clock and getting paid. Either start closing at 9pm and update thehours online or replace your workers! Read more
My husband never does fast food ordered a 3 price chicken with cole slaw, 8 chicken strips and a box of tacos?ready?... $52.00!!!!!!! Are you kidding me?wait it gets better?the 3 pieces of chicken leg, wing, thigh all small no meat on them, 8chicken strips were not strips 2 were breaded something tacos were fine?we will NEVER ever, ever?.purchase a meal from any KFC,TACO Bell ever! I've seen a lot of negative reviews for this place; I'll add to it. Seemed okay at first; service a bit slow, but not too bad.... Pulled up to window, when asked for sauce, I said yes, and little extra please; "Of course". Drove away. Missing one item, andNO SAUCE!! No napkins either. And the meal itself was horrible. Yeah, so it?s almost noon and you?re not open. There?s 6 cars in the lot, only kitchen lights on, but nobody at the drive thru... and doors are locked.
