Incomplete order. Delivery driver wouldn't leave the property after finding out that the restaurant didn't send him with the... complete order. He rang my bell and shoved a cell phone in my face saying "it's my boss, talk to him". I was very uncomfortablewith the situation and would have preferred to just eaten what did come while it was still warm. Photo is driver shoving hisphone in my face after ringing my bell again. Gave 2 stars because it was here fast. First time ordering from here and the last. Pizza wasn't as good as Sbarro. Sub sandwich... was just horrible. Had better sandwiches from Subway. Read more
*this restaurant is a SCAM* I tried to order from this restaurant and they called me and said ?sorry you?re actually not in our... delivery zone but we already made your pizza so we?re only going to discount you 50%? so I have now paid $35 because therestaurant was not responsible enough to check the delivery address before preparing the food. **DO NOT ORDER FROM THISRESTAURANT** I checked and I am 20 minutes from them? there is no reason I should be ?out of delivery zone?. I tried Sarpino's on a wim today after a co-worker recommended them. I've got to say, after working at a pizza place for three... years in the past, I'm pretty picky. But Sarpino's surprised me! This is truly authentic Italian made Chicago pizza. Even at 2 in the morning was still amazing. Hands down best pizza I've had... in 30 years, can tell sauce is made in house, veggies and meat were all fresh not packaged. What a treat. I'll be going ou of myway to eat here again. Read more
