Absolutely a joke. Ordered buttered noodles with parm chicken and extra parm cheese, got 4 tiny pieces of dry chicken. And... absolutely no cheese. Tried calling and no one picked up Upon further inspection of these pathetic excuse for noodles, I founda hair in them. I really enjoy this place. The food quantity and taste has gone down from a few years back, but that?s not the locations fault.... The staff here is wonderful and very pleasant. They always make sure to cater to your needs and go above and beyond. Read more
Ever since the company decided to place orders through call centers out of States rather than directly through the location the... service is gone completely down. I have been coming here for years and now they have incompetent staff with a manager that has 0solutions for the problems with the call center. All you get is an apology which doesn't fix anything nor make the situation inany way better. 2.4 miles on the phone, driving from one location to the store, only to have the manager tell me I could placethe order online (while driving). Too much drama for a quick food place, that turned out to be anything but efficient andquick. Update: as of November 26th (last time I'll ever come here), employee working over lettuce without a mask. Customersallowed in without masks as well. Read more
(10/30/21) Ordered Spicy lo mein and potstickers with toppings added in. Did not receive half of the extras, and found an extra... treat in my bowl. Portion size is very slim, and potstickers were about colorless as a ghost. Needless to say I won?t bereturning here. Read more
I ordered the zucchini pesto with grilled chicken, and it turned out wonderfully. Portions were generous, and the service was... fast, but definitely freshly-made. This location is not easily visible from the road due to a fence, and becomes hidden afterturning on to Nicoll Way. You?ll need to make a couple of left turns before seeing the store which faces Roosevelt Rd. Overall,I was happy with the meal and service, and will return, but wish it was easier to spot from the road. (I?ve been driving herefor years without noticing it from the road). Read more
ordered on the app, ordered a large (regular) chicken soup with extra chicken and received a bowl, only partially filled and... with no extra chicken. (mac and cheese for comparison) also received only forks and a DIRTY fork. the Noodles on Army Trailroad is WAY BETTER!!!! Read more
Pre-COVID I liked this place. Since COVID I don't. The restaurant seems really focused on the delivery/pickup business and if... you're dining in you're still treated like a delivery. You'll get your food stacked inside a paper bag with plastic spoons etc. There used to be plates, bowls, utensils. I doubt I'll be back, at least to this location. Read more
