So my boyfriend ordered the #43 (Chipotle). and as he was eating it, he found a plastic piece in his sandwich. We assume it's... the cut off top of a condiment bottle. This location sucks. My order is never correct and the bread to meat ratio is a rip off.
I have left a BBB review and Twitter and called several times. I?ll never return to this location. I never had an issue til the... other night I spent almost 80 dollars on an order Thursday evening placed it online for pick up it set it for 7:45. I didn?tleave work til after 8:15 I arrived at 8:39 maybe 8:40 dollars closed!!! And locked an employee looked at me and kept doing whatthey were doing. Almost refused to give me my food and tossed it and said I was an he late. And proceeded to basically call mecrazy! And lock the door behind him I told him idc you close at 9pm there?s nothing in the online ordering portal that says ifyou don?t pick up on time you can?t get your food. LIFE HAPPENS! this store never answers the phone nor does it open on time andcloses before time. They should just change their hours if that?s the case. We called ahead to place a very large order for a party. I spoke with Kenisha the manager, and she was so great, she advised me... to come order them on Thursday when the giant sandwiches are $10. On Saturday when it was time to pick up, everything was readyas promised and no mistakes. Great job guys, we thank you again! Read more
It was good. The giant size feeds 3 people in my house. It's ten dollars on Tuesday and Thursday.

Where my job is located I am in between 3 Jersey Mikes. All of them are about 2 miles from me, the furthest being 3 miles.... Every other weekend we cater from Sandwich shops and on 9/24 we catered from this establishment ($482) but after todays event, Ican assure you that we will no longer use this location. I placed an order for 2, yes TWO subs for pickup, I only did pick up bcI needed to make customized selections to them, but I placed the order at 10 something to pick up at 11:30. I walk in and oneguy is working the front finishing checking someone out and then asks how he can help, I said I am here to pick up my order,gave him my name & he looked around then checked again asked my name again and then he printed a receipt and said give me aminute. He walks to the back & 2 more employees walk out. I said to him I placed this order about 2 hours ago and he said yeawell I wasn't here 2 hours ago. Not a single employee said we are sorry for the over sight, did not hold them self accountable,nothing. When he printed my receipt about 4 other printed so I can only assume those are online orders that are needing to bemade and just sitting, meanwhile you have employees sitting around in the back doing nothing. I only came for pick up like Isaid bc of a certain way to make a sandwich and they still messed it up, I had to correct it before they wrapped it up. Onceagain, not a simple oh I am sorry. Nothing. They are there to do a job, if they don't like it, they should quit. The man outfront was a younger man mid 20's with tattoos on his face, the 2 from the back one was a black woman with long braids and theother was a man with reddish hair and a beard.
