Totally disappointed at this Dunkin donuts. Multiple times when we place orders online and you walkin they are never ready. ... Sometimes you have to stand in the store for a few minutes before anybody even comes out to check on you. Today my wife stoppedto pick up an order on her way to work that we had placed online and you guess it, it was not ready. Once she got in her carand started heading to work and opened up the bag she found her English muffin it was not toasted but they did put the butter onit. Read more
I ordered coffee and snacks around 1 pm on 01/11/2022, had a super bad customer service experience. Didn?t get the name of the... server on the drive way but she literally ruined my mood by her rudeness. This was just a 1 min interaction and she had noreason to be rude. Horrible experience! Placed a mobile order for donuts when guests were coming. Drove 10 minutes to pick up order Once I arrived... I was told that they DON'T HAVE ANY DONUTS! I asked for a refund and they said that a refund can't be processed, but that "I CANCOME BACK TOMORROW AND GET DONUTS." At first I thought they were kidding, but they were serious! I been going to this location for like almost 5years i promise. This is the 3rd times that they gave me a different one instead... of the one that i wanted. It said sweet tea but did not even taste like sweet at all. I called and they were like we can makeyou another drink if you come back or you want the manager number? I know it isnt a 10$ drink but still they thought it was okayjust to come back n get another drink. I paid for my i did not beg you to give it free. Worst experience with this place. Way too cheap to actually add caramel syrup or flavor to any drink and they just put ice. I got a refresher today and they... messed it up 3 times and I finally gave up after getting a cup full of coconut milk. The drive through guy clearly didn?t knowwhat he was doing either. Terrible service. Staff and management sucks. Always yelling at customers to hurry up or yelling at them if there was a mistake... to the order. No professionalism what so ever. The standards of cleaning are so unbelievably low at this location I would becareful eating here especially anything hot food wise. No one cares about customer service, only about making a quick buck. Thislocation charges everyone extra items and refuse to hand out the receipts. I encourage everyone to ask for their receipt ifyou're reading this. If 0 stars was an option I would rather do that.
