Came in around 2:30 pm. Sat quietly drinking my coffee. Suddenly the place filled with 5-10 young teenagers. A few were very... loud. One boy and girl were running in and out of the door, she was screaming loudly, they sat down and she continued toscream. What is this, a playground for teenagers. I work in the area and get breakfast here often. Normally my experience is very good however, this morning was different. I... ordered the same iced coffee I always drink and it did not taste right. The coffee was bitter and sour as if the sugar had beenreplaced with something else or the cream had gone bad. I told the man at the counter (others called him Danny) and he acted asif he could care less about me or how my coffee tasted. He was disrespectful, rude, and made me feel like I was not a valuedcustomer. The new coffee he made me was just as upsetting as the first and I left feeling very under appreciated as a frequentcustomer. Donuts are great in the am when there fresh. Sandwich options are plenty and most tastedelicious, the croissant breakfast sandwich is amazing.
