This dunkin was hard to get to the first time because it's in a funky intersection. Easy to see if on your right but if on your... left be prepared to turn right when to see it. They're always friendly here, whether you come early in the morning or right before they close. They always get my tea and... coffee orders right. I've used their curbside service, mobile order and regular indoor service and all great! Good coffee andgood service is always a plus! Read more
Parking lot is small. But, no over crowding inside with long lines or occupied tables. I'm not sure if that's due to the quick... service that get's customers in and out. Or, maybe it's not receiving the same attention from customers as other DD locations intown and near by. Parking or turning into entrance traveling from the opposite direction, there's a short divider. So, youwould have to travel a short distance to turn around. Most may not want to be bothered and choose to patronize another DD. Thismakes it great for people in town, less crowded and a chance for an establishment to have repeat customers they can know by nameor order. Their not the most friendly staff, even when engaged in customer conversations. But, their promptness and getting yourorder correct is what matters the most. But, you do notice negatives. As a side bar, reduction in size of coffee roll is notthere fault, it's now the same size as a donut. Read more

I go almost everyday and the staff is friendly and kind. They remember my order and it's ready before I even pay. They are... always nice to my children and ask about them when they aren't with me. I wish they made their donuts in house like the other DDin Glen cove. If they did this would be my go to DD!! Managers and employees are all wonderful! Read more
I went for ice cream and one of the flavors that I ate had a funky flavor, clearly it was not good anymore, so I told the... employee about it but he didn?t do anything with the ice cream. I arrived home immediately to vomit so it was definitelyspoiled. Read more
