Paid for 20 pieces of boneless wings and could?ve gotten a better show from a McDonald?s or a Burger King. These are nothing... like the Wing Stop by Fort Meade and we will not be going here again. Wings are delicious! Manager is extremely unprofessional and has zero management experience. If someone is as incompetent as her... ,then I?m sure the staff will follow suite . If she is even the manager. Also you can?t order more then 10 wing over the phone.Witch is ridiculous. It?s always this specific location that?s always screwing things up , I normally drive to the Hanoverlocation because this place isn?t the cleanest and I was yet again disappointed by the lady ,who says she is the store manager.I even waited on the phone 21 minutes before she answered . Wings were good and done right. Had to heat them up because all the food was cold. They gave us new fries that looked 4 days old... so those went in the trash. Will not be coming back. Read more
Over all oily and had a off taste to each thing we ordered. No flavor just oil tasting and burnt. Wings were so oily, tenders... tasted burnt and oily with little to no flavor and the boneless wing had no flavor no heat nothing. We order different flavorsalso so to be this shocked that almost everything was flavorless is wild. Even the fires tasted off with a tiny bit of sweetnessbut again no real flavor at all. I?m hoping this is just a off day but this is a second bad run in. I try to never give a badreview but this time I was so disappointed. I paid 50.00 and literally threw must of our dinner away. Wings arrived stale and cold, have of the wings are so small and shriveled up that there's no meat only skin and they leave you... on hold forever when you call. Normally management doesn't seem to care about good customer service this has occurred to meseveral times this year alone don't bother with this location it's a waste of your time and money Read more
So I started to see a lot of the new marketing of the new lemon pepper fried chicken sandwich which I had to give it a go & try... it out. That said, while it was rather good my only REAL complaint was I couldn't taste the lemon in the lemon pepper to theslightest. I don't know if it was forgotten or if they use a lower quality lemon pepper (often cheap lemon pepper taste muchless of lemon while a good brand... Victoria Gourmet for instance, it tastes lemon forward).. next time I'll ask for extraseasoning to see if that helps. That said, the corn is always amazing.. I've never had a bad side meal item that I can recall atleast. Also I've made a comment about a year ago that their soda machine which seemed to produce flat soda no matter when youwent as it happened several times over months.. I feel that issue has been addressed & is now fixed as it tastes like cokenow. As far as the chicken goes.. the chicken while it needed more seasoning it still was rather good & I will order thisagain, although it was a smidge overcooked & not a nice moist succulent piece of fried chicken, it was a minor complaint cuz itprobably only spent maybe a min or two too long in the fryer.. & I rather slightly overcooked chicken, than undercooked anyday. The atmosphere could use a little TLC. Now it wasn't bad/trashy but it wasn't anything special either. The soda machine isquite large & two ppl can't walk by at the same time. 1 needs to go & then get out the way so someone else can go by, maybe ifit was in the back of the store it might be better spot or a smaller unit.. the trash can for the straw wrappers needed to becleaned but that gets dirty so quick that that's not of any real concern. What it comes down to is the food & the service. Iplaced an online order & it was ready in about 10 mins. It only cost about $10 as well.
