I pulled up to the drive through window approximately 3 pm and I can here people talking but, they didn't answer until 5 minutes... later. I was saying hello and no one answered. They turn off all the lights and the drive thru menu so that everyone thinks they're closed. You can't even see what to l to... order and they don't answer you for a long time either. Read more
I wish I could give this place negative stars. Not only did they get our order wrong, they were extremely rude. They handed us 4... huge drinks (we ordered smalls) without a drink holder, when we asked her for one she pushed the drinks toward my boyfriend andslammed the window. A guy came out and apologized for her and handed him one for the drinks. We were also not given a receipt tosee what we were charged for and witnessed multiple employees with their work shirts off in white tanks chillin ON the counter.Then one guy reached over and grabbed a fry with his barehands from the tray to eat it?absolutely disgusted at this place andwill be making a complaint to corporate. Ordered two sandwiches and a frosty. I guess they were out of lettuce because neither sandwich had it and they didn't think to... bring it up. Was told the spoon for the frosty would be in the bag but it wasn't. They would've gotten 1 star but they'refaster than the Edwin Raynor location. Read more
I had the worst experience at this Wendy's this morning! The fry guy Jayden close the window in my face while i was talking to... Melissa the lady at the window, cause they didn't want to do there job and scan the app they press you to get to receive rewardsand free items! I feel as though if they didn't want to come to work they should have stayed home. I always go to this Wendy'sand tell everyone to go to this one cause there usually pretty good.But after the experience i had today i'll take my businesselse where. There Gm manager Courtney wasn't any better with her attitude when i called to explain the situation the wholestore needs to be retrained on customer service! Read more
Generally this has been a good Wendy's but I went through last night and the service was pretty decent. The food was terrible.... My burger was cold and the bread was stale. It's like they grabbed one from the fridge and put it on the grill for a second andthen took yesterday's bread that's been sitting out all day and added a piece of cheese to it. Cheese wasn't even melted in theslightest. If the bread was slightly stale I could deal, that happens. This was hard as a rock. Someone should have noticed, asI did before I opened the package. Unfortunately I had already driven away. We will just be visiting a different location for awhile. I guess there is a reason they have very few customers. Read more
This is my 1st visit to this location the service was fast and freindly i only ran by to check out there new breakfeast meal.... Wow it was 16.09 for 2 breakfeast meals , fortunately it was pretty awsome , but i do like burger kings tattor totts alittlebetter fot a potatoe breakfeast . The samdwich or baconator was awsome . Not complaints just alittle pricey but ok. Read more
