We drove 27 miles, only to receive burned orange rugby and over fried crab cakes. Service was worst. We had to keep looking for... the waiter. I took my grand sons and we were All Disappointed in the food. The shrimp alfredo was enjoyed by one of my g-kidsand the crabs were decent but pricey! They don't deserve 4 stars on food and service. This is the place! Considering the current market prices for crabs, can?t beat Seaside Carryout for the quality and the value.... We ordered 3 dozen mediums online (easy ordering process) and they were hot and ready at the pickup time, and perfectlyseasoned. Update: Seaside is still my go to for crabs and almost never let me down. I had crabs from them this past weekend and hands down... the best batch EVER! ???? My only complaint is the new young blonde Caucasian girl working the front could use some customerservice training. The last two times I've come in you would think we were getting free handouts. Her communication skills arevery distasteful. There was an issue with my online order but THANKFULLY Daysha *spell check* was present and stepped in savingmy experience and assisting with correcting my issue. She was super friendly and professional. I was very pleased with how shehandled things especially considering I am a FREQUENT customer. So far I've only had one batch I wasn't happy with and I go atleast 2 or 3 times a month. The crabs are usually heavy and meaty. The butter they carry is something from heaven ???? and addsa delicious touch to crabs and shrimp. I highly recommend Seaside and the prices are fair for what you get. Read more

Awful, awful, steamed crabs, never had worse! The claw meet was dry and leathery, even the backfin was tough and chewy! The... staff was very friendly, but the idea that they would serve such severely mishandled crabs makes me question their competency. Ipurchased 2 dozen crabs; with each crab I thought, "It's just a bad crab, the next one will be better". After my wife and Isuffered through about 1/2 dozen each, we gave up and threw them away. I've been getting crabs here since they initially opened,and I've always been pleased with my crabs, but after this I'm not sure I can bring myself to ever go back!
