Ordered a chicken sandwich, pizza and a double cheeseburger. I received the chicken sandwich and it was very pink. It was... literaly like frozen chicken thrown on a bun and it thawed out somewhat for pickup. Everytime we call now it's differentservice. Either they can't make this or don't know how or it's picked up and just bad. I've called to speak to the ownermultiple times and have never received a call back or anything. Under new mgt. Great subs improved big time. Stacked and service was good. Fresh bread. Good fries and great pizza and good... Italian meal.nice to be waited on by pleasant people and its clean there. Fast good service too. The new owner has made theplace much better. The help isn't sad or tired don't complain. I placed an order for delivery. I ordered a whole Italian cold cut with everything, a mushroom cheese steak with everything and... fries and onion rings. The Italian cold cut did not have onions, pickles or Italian dressing or hots. It barely had meat, andit had one piece of lettuce and what looked like the edge of a very thin piece of tomato. The steak sub didn't have hots either. They used to have great subs. It's under new management. If this is how it's going to be, I'm never going to order from themagain. I was so disappointed and I've been trying to call them all day and no one is answering the phone. I used to recommendthem to people but not any more. Read more
This location deserves zero stars after today, and i am so disappointed. After being a paying customer of this business for... almost 2 years, I was told today that our home was out of their delivery route. This evening I spent almost 15 minutes arguingwith an employee who claimed to be the manager, but refused to give me the owners name, trying to convince them that I have notmoved since last ordering from them. When I asked why they no longer deliver to our address, he mentioned that his driver saidthat our address was now too far. We are located less than 15 minutes from this location, and tonight we needed to order fordelivery because we are having improvements on our home, and we are unable to leave at this time. I was hung up on twice, anddelivered terrible customer service from someone who could not give me a straightforward answer as to why the delivery route hasrecently changed. terrible! Read more
It took awhile for the store to acknowledge my order. It came fairly quickly after acceptance of order. I got a large cheese... pizza. The dough is very soft. Lots of cheese and can really see it stretch when grabbing a slice. The store charges the leastfor delivery then any other pizza spot if you order it from their website. I've been coming here for years and I've never had any problems. The food has been consistent and delivery very quick. Their... "King Kong" pizzas are great for parties! I've ordered at least a dozen of them. You just can't beat their price. Read more
Right around the corner from my house and I love them. The subs are amazing and the seasoned fries are bomb. Pizza and wings are... pretty good as well haven't tried much else but I order from here so regularly, They have my order saved! Love that cause itmakes it easy for everyone. They always have my food ready when they say (or sooner) and it's always so delicious! They arealways friendly when I call to order and I have never had any issues with them.(although if you did I'm sure it would be easy toresolve if you called back and explained.) Pizza was very good, wings were awful. The wings are the pre-breaded stuff off of commercial food group truck. I'd get there... pizza anytime. Update 8/18/22 I just ordered a pizza and it was awful. Had no taste and wasted $22. Taste like cardboard andthe toppings taste funny. I'm very disappointed and will not be ordering anymore from this establishment. Read more
