5 tiny little hashbrowns for $2 ???? Our breakfast was terrible. Hashbrowns were cold and greasy. I believe I must have... received someone else's order, because all that was on my breakfast sandwich were 2 eggs, a slice of cheese and a half a pieceof bacon. Money wasted, because we put it in the trash at our hotel. Only 2 employees smiled. We don't live near a Dunkin'Donuts. It's my favorite. Just not this location. Read more
I ordered thru the app and usually like the turkey sausage sandwiches but this time I dont think they were cooked long enough.... The coffee was good and the only thing that saved the order. Please make sure you microwave or bake the sandwiches correctly. I was only person at drive thru and sandwich tasted like they couldn't wait to get it out of the cooker and handed it to me. Read more
They have many employees who don't even complete the orders. Some people take the orders in the app to just go and pick them up... and in the store they ask one if I order something else, the job of the employees is to read and be the orders for that thankyou, I'm going I go to the store and ask for my order in the store!! Very disappointed in this place used to love it there. Their service has went downhill. My husband went there to get me a frozen... coffee and first they give him a wrong order of an iced coffee. Then he showed them receipt and said it was a frozen caramelcoffee. And then They went to get the right order and still made it wrong. My husband did not know by looking at it. It was purewhite not a drop of coffee in it. This was just a waste. And I so wanted one cuz I had surgery today and I was looking forwardto it. Hope I can post a picture of it. Read more
Ordered 3 large coffees and 1 large caramel hot latte. Ordered through the DD app. They only gave my daughter 2 large coffees... and a latte. She picked them up. She told them it was 3 large coffees not 2 and tried to show the person at the drive throughwindow the order and she said no. Tasted one of the coffees and it tasted horrible. No in that store cares about quality or theyare just lazy. Place used to be great and all the good people left. Read more
I love that dunkin now has kiosks, but I found thier pumpkin flavoring in 2022 to be very soapy
