I've been to well over 30 different dunkins and this is by far the absolute slowest one ever. I have been to one that 3 cars in... the drive through took 10-15 minutes. This one is a lot worse. I waited to post this review until I have been here more then 3times. Every time here, the quickest in and out time is 20 minutes. Been 25 minutes so far. Read more
The service personnel where very nice and the food was very good ????. Everything from donuts ???? to hot bagels ????. They also... have sandwiches and drinks like coffee ?? ????, hot or iced ????. They have some tables and an area to sit in . There is plentyof parking also. Read more
Just left and I had to come inside after leaving the drive thru because they forgot something and then didn?t even put any sugar... or flavoring in my coffee. Annoying. And my cup looks like they messed it up. Read more
This place is a pit. Orders are perpetually wrong. You'll sit in the drive thru for 10-15min before acknowledges your existence.... The staff is rude and simply does not care about serving people. Read more
They are very rude, they need training when it comes to customer service. I am in general a very nice person but that one... employee took me there. I placed an order on the app for a ice pumpkin signature latte and they gave me a hot. Telling me it?s aprice difference and I did not care I would pay for it. She did not want to help me. Telling me I have to call the app andthat?s not her problem. And I asked the price difference she?s like she didn?t know I have to look at the board. Read more
Staff at this location is extremely rude. Went through the drive through. You can hear employees laughing and talking while... ordering. The lady read me my order back which was correct. Yet when I pulled to the window an item was forgotten. I tried toexplain that it was wrong. Instead of listening and admitting that she probably just forget to punched it in and was distractedlaughing and talking with coworkers, she wouldn?t listen and kept just showing the receipt for what she rung me up for. This is the new and remodeled Dunkin' donuts a really nice setup on the inside one of the best I've seen. It really helps out... the people that work here as it gives them so much more room to do their job, which they do very well. This is the first timeI've seen a Dunkin that offers a party room for rent. Would be great for those that like have meetings with all the coffeedonuts and pastry at your disposal. Read more
I try to avoid this location at all cost because the employees will literally ignore you. I place a mobile order and they don't... put the orders in the actual mobile order section if you stand and wait for someone to help you in the pick up area they willignore you and you literally have to reach over the counter into their work space and take your food. I could have takenmultiple orders and no one would have said anything.... asked two employees for help they both waved me off and kept working soyes I will be driving the extra few minutes to go to the Dunkin on Annapolis road.
