Avoid at all costs. The Latina working weekday afternoons is a miserable b??ch. Too young to be so nasty.
My brother's flight got in at 1am. We were beyond happy to see that they were open at that time when nothing else was.
My drink was made incorrectly - I took it back and asked for a refund. The employees refused and started disrespecting me,... telling me there is no manager on shift. Rude and unprofessional - I worked for Dunkin for 5+ years and this is the worstexperience I have ever had. Read more
The food is good. The employees are skilled but, having another person at night would reduce the line and wait times.

Placed an order for pickup for bagel bites and two iced coffees. All they gave me were the two iced coffees, no bagel bites. So... they took my money and didn't even offer to refund me. It's been 20 days since this happened, the manager still has done nothingto rectify the situation. Read more
Went there early on 4/26/22 and encountered a young male employee who may have treated me more rudely than anyone at BWI has... ever treated me (which says a lot, as bwi is always the place to go if you want to be treated badly!)
