Worst customer service I have ever seen, ordered online for pickup and food should have been ready at 6:10. I arrived at 6:10... and saw 3 employees looking at their iPhones and not making food. There was one other person beside myself for a online pickupand we literally had to complain and beg for our order to be made. If food wasn?t already payed for I would have just left.Finally got my order at 6:25 and took it home to find ingredients wrong in my two bowls and food was cold. Will not be back tothis location! Worst experience I've had at Chipotle. They did not have Barbacoa or the new Pollo Asado. When asked about it they just said... they didn't have it and offered no solutions. The manager was walking around without a hair net or hat on and eating food infront of customers. The employee making my burrito was eating while making my food. The dining area had trash everywhere. Floorswere unkempt, messy and littered with trash. I will not be returning to this location. Read more
Quality control from this location is not good. I ordered a burrito bowl for lunch. I received ingredients I did not order and... did not receive ingredients I did order (which I paid extra for). The sticker on the cover, itemizing the ordered ingredients,was ignored during packaging to verify the correct order was about to head out for delivery. I was highly disappointed. Iattempted to call the store directly (since I ordered straight from the website) but the automated messaging made it difficultto reach a live person to discuss the situation and possibly rectify the issues at hand. It was busy, it was lunch time. I was already expecting to wait in line longer than usual. The line didn't move for 10... minutes, in addition to another 20 minutes to get to the ordering window. Patrons, already frustrated, started walking outbecause of the wait. I thought to myself, "well, that's less of a wait time for me". Finally the line starts to shorten. TheLady in front of me, clearly as annoyed as I was, asked about the Steak (wasn't ready) and also the Fajitas that weren'tprepared. When she inquired about how long it would be to prepare those items, guy said "atleast an hour". So y'all mean totell me that I waited in line for 30 minutes just to figure out s--t was not ready. I'm sure it was an 'off-day' for thislocation, but don't keep people in line with an entire protein and a vegetable option missing.
